    Just super amazing,, the genius behind some of these small factories that doing metal work and just everything that I always thought was coming out of some mega factory in China and after I started watching these videos is really amazed me that a lot of this stuff is coming out of small independent shops, I am embarrassed that America does not have half of the ambition at these young gentlemen have. My day be blessed and continue to be productive.

    I hadn't realised that rope could be manufactured using such short strands.
    Its really quite fascinating that someone thought to use the waste products from coconuts in this way!

      It's really all they have to work with. The Indians and middle East thrive off of the trash from other countries.

      At one part in the video, it showed what looked like a plastic line being added to the center of each of the rope strands, with the coconut husk material being wrapped around it. Then, those rope parts were wrapped with other plastic lined rope parts.

    • @tylerdavidson2400
      @tylerdavidson2400 11 місяців тому

      There are no plastic used to make these ropes. You need to realize Indians have been making these ropes centuries before the invention of plastic.🤦‍♂️

    coir has lot of uses including when it gets fine treatment it can be used for packaging material instead of tin aluminium...and its eco freindly when infused with other green pulp coir shall give that stability strength to hold product safe secure like even as roof tops...

    കയർ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത് ഇഷ്ടായി. പണ്ട് എന്റെ വീടിനടുത്തു ഒരു വീട്ടിൽ കയർപിരി ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അന്ന് മടൽ വെള്ളത്തിലിട്ടു കുറെ പെണ്ണുങ്ങൾ ഇരുന്നു തല്ലി ആണ് ചകിരി എടുത്തിരുന്നത്. പിന്നെ കൈ കൊണ്ട് പിരിക്കുമായിരുന്നു.

    If the 1st stage machines for converting the coconut husks into coir were put into underground pits, the work output of labourers would improve as they would not have to climb up with heavy loads on their heads. Similarly much can be done to continuously improve the machinery design to have less noise, less wastage, better workflow integration and automation for higher productivity and efficiency.

      Except for the plastic line being added into the center of each rope strand. In cotton, wool, and linen factories they don't have to add the plastic line to the middle to make ropes. In the video, it shows one part that looks like a plastic line being added to the center of each rope strand, with the coconut husk material being wrapped around it, then wrapped with another rope strand.

If they have a plastic center, then are they really environmentally friendly? Would there be a way to make them without the plastic center?

      Dude, there are no plastic in these ropes. These are centuries old process way before plastic has even been invented. Man, white people think they invented everything in the world.😂😂😂🤦‍♂️
