Look up the videos on bypassing the seat kill switch. Also, the kill switch is disabled when you have the red park brake engaged, so you can get on and off to disconnect battery charges.
I have the original Champion battery in my 5 year old Craftsman LT. Fired right up this year. Always try to use non ethanol gas in your small engines. Thanks Rick and Kathy. That motorcycle sounds great!
Brian 3 even though there is literally only 1 hp difference, it seems like so much more. And the power steering and hydraulic deck lift is awesome, too.

When we did not have a generator we could have used one so many times. Once we had the whole house generator installed in the past 6 years we may have had it kick in 3 times for short periods.
The best Lawn/Garden tractors are the Craftsman Turn Tight series hands down..I have the Craftsman T240 it's a little tank it's built to last and has the Tuff Torq transmission with steel gears..Kohler 7000 series engine 22 horsepower 725cc V Twin with a 3 year unlimited hours warranty 46" Cut dry weight 620 pounds it's a little tank
My E150 John Deere will run with the parking brake set with no one on the seat ? Not sure if it's supposed to. I put battery maintainers on the tractor, generator and ATV.
Start up the snow blowers or weed wackers lol. Do you put sta-bilt in the gas tank when you winterize stuff? If not you should it helps keep rubber rings oiled and won't dry or crack.

I have a JD LT138 but the battery died too. After getting a new Sears Diehard battery for it; it starts like new every year. Happy Easter!

What is do is stir the battery inside and when I put it back in the John deere it starts up perfectly
If you lock the brake the engine will stay running when you get off the seat
