On a positive outlook, I’m excited to see this mobile store come to fruition & cannot help wondering with the rumours of a handheld & meta vr potentially making a use of it. If this will also lead direction to the next console not only hybrid on a software side but also in hardware. Could we see a powerful form factor that is powerfully portable but is also a fully fledged console when docked. That also offers other stores like steam. Take my money.

Oh no, you can't do that in 11, an extra click to All Apps is needed and then the slow navigation to what you want to make a shortcut of. Whoever proposed these stupid changes, like combining volume/network/etc into a single button that just deepens the menus instead of exposing what YOU want, they should be fired on the spot and the freaking idiot who approved these dumb changes like moving the start button to the middle of the screen after conditioning users for 25+ years that it BELONGS at the left, well the should be taken out the back and have 7 kinds of snot beaten out of them, THEN fired. THATS why windows 11 in decreasing in market share while 10 in actually increasing.

And then it immediately becomes clear that support means they become puppets and Xbox is treated like all MS's other consumer divisions (so far far worse than Xbox independently has done; I give it half a decade until it's the next surface unless it goes the way of zune and windows phone). But on the other hand Xbox even now is a billion dollar profit business and Sarah Bond is a cushy CEO at MS. One thing i will say about these studio closures, that its a business decision. We don't know if it was a "healthy" studio, yeah they made good games but was it profitable to sustain? As much as we may not like it, business is business

There's no doubt that unless MS leaves the consumer business to consumer experts and not the money men Xbox as a brand will die. The real question is will MS just take the 80-100B loss and close it all or will they sell off the assets? The way the Xbox brand is trending, the Series X is very much looking like my last Xbox console, and I’ve been with the brand since the launch of the OG Xbox replaced my Dreamcast. I have no faith in the decisions being made within Team Xbox, so I’m walking away. Maybe Shinji Mikami saw the writing on the wall and knew that it was time to jump ship from Tango before the destruction of his studio at the hands of Microsoft.
