City Bus Manager | Episode 1 | Let's Explore The Town Of Tarvin

- Hello everybody and welcome back to City Bus Manager!
Today we're going to be starting fresh on a brand new map! I've used the random towns at the beginning of the game and picked the first one that I've never heard of, Tarvin! We're going to be working to establish a brand new subsidiary of Joe Ahead Group here, starting from the ground up.
There's quite a few small towns and villages surrounding Tarvin, certainly a lot of opportunity for some small minibus routes, and one large town on the West of the map which I'm not convinced I know what it is. Do you have any guesses? Let me know in the comments!

This is so true
I've been going on the bus for 9 years give or take a couple months... ever since covid happened and the restructuring there are loads new drivers and most of them are not that friendly to either passengers and colleagues, they are always early by at least 2 min witch has caused people missing their busses and this one dude sits on its fone at the start point, untill he's at least 5 min late and then drives like he is possessed by the devil to make up that time... they don't make the good ones anymore...

Saw this game on Steam. Appears to be my kind of tycoon sim. Immediately searched YT for a "Let's Play". This is a great video for me, because it starts from the beginning and assumes nothing. Gives me a real idea of what the game is. Thanks for posting.

Both CBM series have been in places that you know. You definitely know where Tarvin is - you just can't quite pinpoint that it's not too far from you.
Christ i wish tarvin actually got this bus frequency, 1 bus every hour is all we get irl

I got one line who is hourly on the weeks, and they are scrapping it on the 1st of July as part as the registration... it's the only direct connection between the main part of town and its co-town (bad translation), and the only busses still driving are 2 one way and 2 the other way just to facilitate what's now 3 full busses and around 300-400 passengers for the middle schools (what would be grade 7-12 (age 12to17/18))
Lots of older people and 18+ students use it for shopping and general use and they just straight up binned it... now there an alternative, take one bus to the bigger city, 30 min and take another one back 30 min just to get 7 miles up the road... take the bike they say... I'll gladly watch them do it on a rainy winter day nearing freezing temps, and let's not mention the roads are not the bike safest and there are a lot of people who aren't in the best shape anymore and just plain old... (talking 60+)

Hey Joe, love the vids. One remark :) ... The lifting platform for bendy buses won't work with solo or mini buses, don't know why. The bus wash is indeed compatible. Cheers!

You’ve actually put your depot where GHA used to have a depot in Tarvin when they operated in the area!
This is advice from someone living in the villages
I live in one of the villages south of Tarvin and not too far north (after the slight bit of what i believe is Birkenhead is liverpool the big city you see is Chester and the rail line that doesn't have much stops is the Chester to Crewe line i recommend that if you do make a route to Chester (the big city you can see) go more south through Waverton, Christleton and importantly Huntington the main stops to visit in Chester are, the bars stop I think its called, railway station, bus interchange, and forgate street in that order

The town tarvin it's close by Liverpool uk,wht I can tell on Google maps and the close town to the west would be Chester UK
It looks like you will be in competition with 'Game Over Gaming' who is operating services to Chester, but from Wrexham.

What take me off is at a time in point I'll tell you 24:33 way way a l u put it where the route T1 and then I'll let me stop saying looks back self and then cos you forgot to switch it to the other side of the road to is not over half and make a little loop get on that bus stop what has just been annoying me to please fix it
