Great question! Crowley did not design the deck for reversals. It is designed to use elemental dignities, which I use sometimes. I should make a video on that.

Hey Matias! Your english is great! I haven't worked with the Haindl Tarot as much as thoth, but from my memory, I did enjoy it a lot. It is very deep, and combines several systems, including Kabbalah and runes, which is really cool. I believe Rachel Pollack has a book or two about it. I definitely recommend it if you're drawn to it. I remember the court cards use deities from 4 different cultures.

i'm go for the radiant wise spirit, because "think" the images are more simple to interpret..and then go fore more advanced scenes...

I love this ! I just got my first THOTH deck and I’ve been really excited learning them. The only thing I was kinda sad about was the music being a bit too high. I couldn’t really make out some of the words you were saying because of that. But regardless of that this video was amazing ! Gratitude 🙏🏻

Question: Can someone like me, who comes from the Marseille school of tarot, be easily aquainted with this deck?
..what I found was no matter what deck you use, Marseliie, RWS, Thoth...they all have similar meanings for the most part when condensed...You could apply your Marseille meanings to this deck and use it as such, and gradually tweak things as you go, and learn more. Probably not "easly " but then that's what makes it more interesting and worth it.

The death card means transformation. I feel like saying the meaning is death is very confusing and intimidating for tarot beginners
Not everyone is ready for this level of tarot and that's okay.

Very well done and much appreciated. Just got my deck yesterday. So, this is a wonderful primer. Crowley really went all Hermetic mysticism on this one. Of course, he couldn't very well go Pythagoras in this instance. "Here we have the '144 of Fibonacci' card, the underlying mathematical construct that forms the architecture of all densities of spacetime and the non-material domains of energy, frequency and vibration." That would be boring AF. Anyway, thanks again, and as above, so below-ish.

I was back here because I was thinking about 10 of Cups, and was looking for how others view the card.
And I'm thinking maybe trying to define it as a good or bad symbol is not so well. Because why can't it be both?
Golden Dawn and Crowley both say this is permanent and lasting success, but at its core its an overflow of emotion. Elation. If you're elated, something notably worth talking about has happened. Yet, as great as the feeling is, that cannot be maintained, even if what gave you those emotions is maintained. You got everything you wanted... now what? Maybe you didn't think that far ahead, maybe you did. But it certainly becomes something else as the tens are wont to do.
It's kinda giving that emotion where you had such fun doing a thing, but now that thing is over. Party's over, time to go home, that bitter sweet feeling when your favorite TV show ends, or you finish a video game. But if you try to maintain that joy forever it leads to a deterioration, of yourself or the thing you found joy in. That ties into Crowley calling it evocative of a drug addict. It's not so happy because it's the end, but maybe the end is more truly happy than were you to keep chasing that high.
This is a great analysis. It can be a tricky one.

I really enjoyed this! I’m fairly new to the Thoth deck. I’ve been researching different books, Crowley’s, DuQuette’s and Ziegler’s as they were all recommended. I’m not yet sure if having that many books makes it more difficult or easy. I’d like to improve.
