It wasn't even truly Loki, Thanos was controlling him just as he was Clint, therefore, it isn't truly his fault, but even in situations like that I can see why someone would blame themselves regardless. What I'm trying to say is; just as Barton wasn't in control of *his* actions, nor was Loki.
