This was really helpful
Glad to hear your feedback! 😀 👏
Great, thanks!
Glad you liked it! 😊 🤝 ☁️
Hi! a very informative session. 👍
Please, I don't see the new section called Learn. I have the AWS toolkit
v1.97.0
This version should be good. Maybe try to uninstall and reinstall the AWS toolkit. Let me know if this works for you :)
I have installed the same version of AWS toolkit ,I can see Learn Section, Please check again
Thanks@@tiffanysouterre , yes, everything is ok now
I'm new to Visual Studio code. After installing the AWS toolkit, I don't see the Developer Tools menu. Is this something I need to install to?
Hello, I found this doc that might be useful: go.aws/3OsjD2L. If this isn't quite it, these other resources might be helpful: go.aws/get-help. ^LG

Could it be that I installed a later version of the Code Whisperer extension. And that's why I don't see this Developers Tools tab?
I try to follow the your video tutorial.
@@hetenbliksem indeed, that was the issue, wasn't it?
Amazing
😀 👍
How to use this plugin without using or login to AWS website. Like offline mode. Don't want code to be sync or sent to AWS online system for review.. as per data policy.
Hello, Amazon CodeWhisperer works in conjunction with your AWS builder ID, but you can find more information about creating an interface VPC endpoint to privately access CodeWhisperer APIs, as explained here: go.aws/3SxDeS7. For additional help, reach out to connect with us in one of these ways: go.aws/get-help. 📚 ^AD
"Awesome" :)
👍
This is crazy
So you end up with a code that has many comments that repeat the logic and all they do is make the whole thing harder to read and understand. Got it.
Awesome. The concept of a 2 pizza team is dead. Each time needs 1-2 developers and they'll be more productive than an entire team.
TOTALLY Lost @ 1:09 - WHAT Builder ID. and @ 1:16 WHAT AWS Account(s). I came here to find out how to use 'codewhisperer' with VScode and I'm stumped before 1:30 mins of video is over ???????. Come on EXPLAIN what the heck is going on here, what/why/where. IF this is an Amazon instruction video then someone really needs to view them before posting. Rgds. a bemused and confused non starter.
Hi there, I appreciate the organization of your concerns, and apologize for any confusion your experiencing! This may help you understand what an AWS builder ID is, and how to create one: go.aws/49DZI9w. Here too, is another take on using CodeWhisperer in our user guide. ^DC
