Gelli printing with leaves is fun and can give nice prints for collaging. Her is my 3 ways of doing is. www.dragenkuns... / dragenkunst / dragenkunst pin.it/6obzHAP
This was a very good demonstration with stunning results. Your English is fine (I’m a retired teacher of English as a second language) - please don’t worry about that!!! The presentation was clear and easy to follow. I also liked the fact that there was not a loud soundtrack in the background to distract.
Lisbeth- Thank you for sharing your gelli printing with leaves. I have watched all of your videos with collage with botanical themes and loved them. It was good to hear your voice, your English is excellent. Looking forward to more of your videos.
Thank you so much! You have combined three of my favorite things in this video, leaves, gelli printing, and anything made by Lisbeth! It’s such a treat to watch how you create, thank you for generously sharing your time and talents!
Yes, I've seen leaf printing on the gel plate but I never tire of the process. Your prints are beautiful with your own unique style and approach and I enjoyed it tremendously! Your English is excellent.
You’re welcome, yes sometimes I think it’s because of my earlier day job, I was an accountant, you know 2+2 is 4 and everything has to be correct and in lines and order.😉
New to your channel and loving every video. Your english is perfect! You have inspired me to finally use my gelli plates. You are now my new favorite channel. Thank you so much. ❤❤❤❤ From Albany, New York and grateful to find a kindred spirit to expand the creative processes here. Deep gratitude 💙🙏💙
Love them all 🍁🍂🌾 but the bamboo 🎍 is my favorite 🌿 please try a ink spray from the back side of the tissue bamboo print.. perhaps in green 💚😅 tfs 🙏 colorful wishes 💐🤎🦊🦊🤎
You’re welcome. Yes you can. But you will have to practice with how much paint you put on your plate. You can buy product from Golden GAC 900, If you mix it with your acrylic paint it becomes textile paint.
Liberty , what do you have around your gelli plate that keeps it from moving , I put mine on Plexiglas but I'd like to try something else , and what do you keep it in when you're not using it ? My name is Linda Bailey from Corpus Christi , Texas USA , and I love watching you work , you have a style that I like to copy , I'm in a collage group with Foyle Davis from New Zealand she was the first one to introduced me to gelli painting but even though I'm on her Facebook group I follow a couple of other people , you ,Foyle and Susan Clifton and she's in Florida USA , I got interested in your work when I saw you using thread and needles and putting stitches and material in your work as well , please don't forget to tell me how you use a d store your gel!I p!ate , your friend Linda Bailey .
Hi Linda. My gel plate is sitting on a piece of plexiglass and when I don’t use it I have a sheet of watercolor paper in the top. It’s lying on my working table because I use it nearly every day I have a couple of other plates and they are also in plexiglass with watercolor paper on the top and lying in a draw. Also I know it is hard to exactly copy others when you’re gel printing but please be inspired and make it your own work in your own style and in colors you line. Use the techniques I show and make things you like. Thank you.
Your modesty helps to make this more accessible for the rest of us, so thank you! Your english is far better than our danish, for most of us, thanks also for making the effort.
I am new to Gel printing and this technique you are showing is beautiful… I had not thought of pressing - removing leaves - pressing back… it retains the leaves texture so perfectly. Thank you for making this video!
I'm sorry you're name was spelled wrong sometimes my tablet doesn't spell what I type , thank you for understanding a silly old woman from Texas Lisbeth , and your English is very good I can undestsand everything that you say ...and those lines in the leaves are called veins like in your arms and all over your body , ......the veins in the leaf 😊a little English lesson for you Lisbeth , I'm 74 years old and have been painting and creating all my life , I do watercolor painting too , Bye my dear .
Thanks for the info. Don’t be sorry for the spelling. I know how hard that can be in other languages. One is never to old for art. I am 67 years old. 🙏
Tak, Ja det har været en stejl læringskurve med ny teknologi, snakke på en andet sprog og arbejde samtidigt, men jeg elsker at undervise men i det virkelige liv er det svært at få kursister nok til holdene bliver til noget.
First time here. Very good tutorial! But what I must say is you’re wearing some really nice art jewelry! I’m a professional jewelry fabrication artist, I trained under klaus Kallenberger and Margaret Ellis , I make the same style of jewelry! If you happen to read this tell me the name of the artist that made your rings?! And then there’s your fingernail polish! NICE! Now I can watch your video!
Very welcome her. The ring on my right hand I always ware. I bought it in Brugge in Belgium 30 years ago.The rings on my left hand I change around each day. I have bought rings all my live and I am now 67 years and have a lot of them. I like to bye from independent silversmiths. Most of the the names I can’t remember now, sorry. Btw I am Danish
You speak English very well! I want to learn another language and it's extremely difficult. Thank you for showing me how to print leaves using a gelli plate. Your prints were beautiful!!!!

O dear I love this!
Thank you
❤- o love your videos and get very inspireret! - thank you for sharing- I look forward to your next video.,

Wild geranium are the lacy edged roundish leaves😊
Most of the leaves are from bushes and the one you mentioned is a kind of weed here in Denmark
Nice weeds to have-if you rub them between your fingers they smell spicy.
Thank you, it’s very clear to me. Can I do this with fabrics too?
You’re welcome. Yes you can. But you will have to practice with how much paint you put on your plate. You can buy product from Golden GAC 900, If you mix it with your acrylic paint it becomes textile paint.
