Huron & Eastern RR & Canadian National RR @ Durand, MI - 6/9/2012

HESR 3865 wyes their power for a NB extra to Bay City while a CN westbound freight rolls through town. Once the freight is clear the 3865 will continue back into the yard to grab their train to take north.

I have never seen a train go that fast around the Port Huron wye. Nice video!

I don't think I've ever seen the Huron and Eastern use the High Wye when I've been there. Interesting. Great catches! Cool the CN was there at the same time forming a meet.

Thanks Ben! I was thinking the same thing, even while I was filming it, my guess is just lone power like that they can get away with it.
