Not actually a genetic factor but Vidyut takes martial arts a lot more seriously. He is regularly training in it and works on the physique only at the time of movies whereas Tiger is almost always training at the gym. If anything it speaks more about Vidyut's potential how he can build a physique like that in commando 3 so easily.

Tiger only works on his body. But VJ has decent physique as well as good acting and brutal fighting skills.
Tiger - body
Vidyut - Brain + body + real life fighter + acting.
So, overall, VJ is better.

@Krishan Kumar 7489 Vidyut is a good actor(not as good as Kaykay Menon, Manoj Bajpayee obviously). His acting skills are visible in Khuda Hafiz, Force. All he needs is a good director.

His "physique" comes down back to normal after one movie is done because you cant keep injecting testosterone externally forever (for health reasons ofcourse). So he uses peds to get big for a movie, then after the shoot is done, he gets back to the normal size because he has to stop using peds
Both are humble and hardworking but.....
VJ is 10 or 12 years older than Tiger....still competing greatly
VJ is taller than Tiger hence he can look lean but he is not
VJ has stand in front of John Abraham in Force....he was huge and ripped....
VJ has came in industry without any strong support.....
Lastly VJ is recognised internationally in top ten fighters not mess with.....

I agree vidyut's fighting style is literally deadly, and in one of his interview he said that he literally can fight with 5-7 i think people at a time, and obviously he can because he has actual fighting skills
Tiger is also a trained martial artist (has a 5th degree black belt in Taekwondo).
Edit : Some people are teaching me about martial arts and some even claim that Taekwondo is not a martial art. Some people definitely shoot shit with confidence)

Do not mistake an actor as a fighter, these are choreographed sequences. Even martial artists are not good fighters. Good fighters are involved in sports of fighting real application not just training in room or ground but real matches and even they cant fight 5-7 people😅

The training programs which they (tiger n vidhyut) follow are completely different tiger lifts weight (for hypertrophy) and does some martial arts training. On the other hand vidhyut mostly does calisthenics training with high reps which is a part of his kalaripayatu training (indian martial arts) due to which he have a physique like a martial artist (like Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan) not big but functional and he trains for hypertrophy only for movies.
