Sir maine nov 2022 mai OnePlus ka tv purchase kiya tha after one month tv ka screen automatic blank screen hogya complaint kiya to service technician aakr tv dekhe or legaye or abhi tk tv nhi mila 2024 hogya customer care ko call krne bolte hai 2-3 days mai hojyega pr abhi tk kuch nhi hua
I buy beston 43 inch tv on 28 April 2022,but last year in August straight line apper on tv screen .after complain on 17 oct 2022 ,defective tv pick up and I got replacement tv on 21 December 2022.i have been promised that I will get extra 3 months warranty .now again straight line appears on replacement tv after 3 months.now brand customer care says your warranty period is over .they can't do anything.

Bhai apka no.mil skta hai kya mera bhi tv one plus 3.month.se ded hai aur company's koi sunwai ho rahi hai
We are facing the same issue because in my tv there are showing some lining and I returned my Tv on December because One pluse committed me to provide a voucher with in 72 hours so that I can buy a new TV but still I neither receive any voucher nor any mail and customer support use to say the same scripts line we will resolve ur issue with in 2-3days
It will take time you just need to be persistent towards all the processes we have discussed in this video.

oneplus company is not providing service request or replacement my tv. i bought 43Y1S EDGE oneplus tv in 20/05/2022 and after few month tv stop working got in tv pannel issue/banlk display found.we raised comlaint in oneplus customer service then a service enginerr came and check my tv and said that after 15 days tv pannel is replacement by our team but still they not came and the service center cancelled my 1st service request id nd not showing any reason and after further many time we raised compalain my issue but they cancelled it many times my service request. it has been more than month passed away we have not recived or sloved my tv pannel issue yet.they are just making fool of customer .
Please raise this issue in consumer court. Thoda time zaru lagega but poora compensation brand ko bharna padega

Almost a month passed I still didn't get any replacement or repairs of my oneplus tv.. whenever I call OnePlus customer care they told me to wait for 10-15 days. You need to file a case against them at the consumer court. Get it done before your warranty expires and collect all the data jo aapko court me zarurat padega.
They will have to pay you a penalty for TV.

Koi bhi oneplus ka tv mat lena bahut jaldi khrab hota he and replace bahut late hota he. Mene 19.4.23 se complain kr rkha he. Uske bad bhaut call kar liye bahut mail bhi kiya lekin kuch nahi hua. 16.5.23 tak bhi kuch nahi hua.

Just mail kar k formalities kar do ki complaint Dale ho. Taki court me evidence de pao ki ONEPLUS ne koi actions nahi liya TV service karne k liye
