Hotelier business is one of the toughest and most matha pacchi wala business. Same goes for restaurant. Worst business. Only if it’s your khandaani age old business than only you can survive.

I want to create a bridge here, offering dorms in 300-400 rs. Tourism is increasing day to day, and in RamMandir opening, it will reach lakhs. All hotels are fully booked months before, so I wanted to take advantage of this opportunity. Homes for lease are 15-20k avg. Is this enough? I am a newbie so I'll really appreciate if you can guide me. Thank you bhai

Koi bhi business easy nahin hota hai, specially rented property mein aap ko owner ko kamake dena hai, owners of property can take a risk & do business themselves but this hospitality business is not everyone's cup of tea?
problem is, guys__ including you-- have ruined the hotel business in Goa, considering that its lucrative. at the end of the day, to make ends meet, rooms which should have gone for 2 to 3 k, are being sold for 9hundred to 1200 thereby affecting everyone in the neighborhood. pls advise all not to jump into the well without ascertaining risk involved
