@sreyuon5666 you are right about this family. In all the family in this village they received more money than any other family,because people feel sorry for them with their twins baby. Things and money pure in for them. And they bought a lot of rice for them ,too. On top of that they also got an extra lot! And Oun Touch told him that this lot is for them to plant the vegetables for sell in order to take care his family. And Touch told not to plant any big fruits tree it will give out a lot of shade and the vegetables won’t grow as good. And that’s what the donors intended,too. And the other day when Oun Touy asked him why he didn’t plant the fruits tree in the other lot. And his answer they won’t let me! Oun Touch keep asking him can you do? Again and again. And he says YES! And the day that everyone got rice but he got $40 . He looks up sad to me just the way he talks to Oun Touch and told him about the fortune teller. And I can see that it bothers Touch a lot for this guy misses use his money. He like to complain a lot especially the twins because the twins make him more money and he knows it. The twins is too old for not feeding them the tables food! The wife needs to pull her weight get up early and cook for the kids. And stop buy the diapers. Buy them more clothes and if it gets dirty change them do this way you would save a lot of money that you don’t earned it in the first place. And Sreyuon you are right about this guy he is weird.
