Yesssss a 30+ min vlog! I've learned that antacids make acid reflux worse. :( They do help with the symptoms, but in the big scheme of things, they don't help heal it but make it worse. There was a time I got acid reflux almost daily and here are a few things that helped me get rid of it - I avoided drinking caffeine at an empty stomach (especially the first meal of the day), I avoided eating spicy food with an empty stomach, not eating for a long time aggravates it so I eat every three-four hours but I also don't overeat because that also triggers it! I started drinking homemade bone broth, and also collagen and colostrum to help heal my gut.. Colostrum also helps increase the healthy "gut bacteria" to aid in a good microbiome environment (you have to take it consistently for a long time, its not a quick fix!). I haven't had any attacks since! It'll take time though... Could it be you had food poisoning from your trip to Baguio though?

I have GERD so. The double-action of Gaviscon (something blue LOL) is much better if you want quicker results or the larger chewable of kremil-s. Track the beverages you drink in a day as well then what you eat. So if your body reacts to one them/limiting or experiment to see which triggers.I have been watching your vlogs using my two youtube accounts (without noticing!) Despite you feeling under the weather, I do see you look great to greater to greatest! Always wishing you well! You don't know this but your vlogs save me from my depressing state. I love your long or short vlogs! Take care always!

Hello ate~ I can relate to the pain of acid reflux and I have acid reflux since 2016 I don't even know kung acid reflux pa ba ang meron ako pero as a person that has acid reflux for years I recommend getting white marshmallows don't get the colored ones they don't help with white marshmallows that help a ton I don't know the scientifics to it though my uncle that has acid reflux suggested to me and it worked for me. Don't eat breads or any carb + anything with milk kasi it makes it hard to digest, water is the best solution for it and a huge help if it's a hot (not the very hot but just a medium light hot where you feel like you're bathing in a good hot temp water) or lukewarm water, eat light foods and take sky flakes or fita as snacks when you feel slightly hungry. The pink gaviscon (double action) is the way to go. times of drinking it is one or two times a day after lunch and after dinner (if needed or optional) once you feel better you don't have to take it you can come back to it once you feel the same sensation like burning feeling. Lastly, if you can see an electrolytes that has no sugar and less sour taste electrolytes drink that too. though take my advice as a small help kasi every acid reflux has different ways to clear it out of your body the most important part is to get your body to just lay down and rest kasi it's trying to get your strength back i don't remember what my doctor said but it has to do something with some imbalance into something. Sorry napakahaba ng comment I just wanna help you out kasi I struggle on my own with severe acid reflux.

You should get a check up with a Gastro! if you're really feeling that it's possibly GERD, better take a look at it before it gets worse - GERD is annoying and it can damage vocal cords!!
usually when im away from my dogs i know theyre in good hands! either with my parents or at my apartment with a friend or sister watching them! i definitely do miss them and wonder if theyre ok without seeing me for a few days (or even hours) 😭 i try to include them in everything i do, but at times i cant i constantly check my cctv and talk to them so they can at least hear my voice!! i dont think my dogs have severe separation anxiety, they usually sleep when im out and if i have to run errands i try to drain all their energy before leaving so i know theyll just knock out while im away 🤣 when i was in aus tho for a few weeks, i was itching to go home with how much i missed them within the first few days!! it helps to ask for updates and pics from whoever is watching them 🥹
so far no regrets purchasing it! 🥹 whenever my dogs make an oopsie on it, i dont worry too much cus i can throw the sheet in the wash and rinse the liner + add new sheets! definitely on the pricier side, but in the long run i know im not purchasing any other dog bed (maybe just additional dog bed sheets if i wanna change the vibe of their bed) very durable and so far my dogs cant nibble the corners of the bed, its worth it in my opinion!!

Gaviscon is my go-to for acid reflux. No spicy food, dairy and coffee.
Avoid drinking hot coffee that went room temp, it triggers acidity a lot. 😢
