thank you for your video💫, it is really helpful, i used adapalene 0.1% 1 night and mixing with benzoyle peroxide another night during 3 months and it didn't helped me with my closed comedons so i gave up, i 've been thinking maybe i need adapelene 0,3% or use another type of retinoide like Isotretinoin or mix adapalene with an antibiotic like Clindamycine i already do not know what to do with them and I can not find a good dermatologist in France so watch your videos . btw in France dermotogists (in my experience) prescribe the same treatment to everyone who has acne(medium degree)... but thank to you i video now i know also that i can try to do acid peeling with a dermotologist for stubborn comedons ;)
Thank you for addressing texture and always the most helpful knowledge. I appreciate all of your content. I'm skincare obsessed by default, because of my highly reactive sensitive annoying skin. Vanicream burns at times! Oh, and have you been to the new aquarium pavilion in Seattle? I wanna take my kiddos to it so badly. Lots of love ❤ from Tacoma
Impressive content, Dr. Daniel Sugai. Looking forward to your next video from you. I smashed the thumbs up button on your upload. Keep up the fantastic work! Your insights on the effectiveness of salicylic acid versus benzoyl peroxide for textured skin were enlightening. How do you see the role of retinoids evolving in the treatment of acne and textured skin as new formulations are developed?
I had Rosecea with acne symptoms and it’s healing after seeing dermatologist. Sephora suggested to me the Jet slag mask by Summer Fridays and that helped my acne problems too. Would you mind to take a look at this product and give me your opinion?
Dr Sugai is there a way to have hair grow back on my head that I lost from stress? Is there a vitamin or food or medicine that will actually work ? Thank you
Does our skin naturally shed? I recently got a hair splinter in my thumb and haven’t been able to remove it myself. Should I wait for the skin to shed it naturally through metabolism, or should I visit a clinic to have it extracted?
Hi Doc! Not sure how I got textured skin, on the right side of my face. I have tried the Cerave face wash, used a chemical exfoliant once a week….i have sensitive skin, so I cannot use just any product, or a bunch of products on my skin, at the same time. NOTHING HELPS! I’m so frustrated. I use hyaluronic acid on my damp skin, after cleansing, then exfoliant & moisturizer. Vitamin C & Niacinamide slightly irritates my skin, even at a 5% strength, or less. I was thinking of trying Microneedling. I’m in my 40’s, and south Asian. Any thoughts?
My scars from cystic acne look worse after using Tretinoin. I was talled it would fix my scars, but it made them look worse and deeper. I am so disappointed
can you make a video about very dry skin/pro acne skin.. its difficult , one cream is too heavy and causes acne and the other is too light which leads to dryness.. can you recommend me some products
What would you recommend for some textured skin on my cheeks while pregnant and then I have so much acne clusters on my arms. I hope it goes away after pregnancy but they’re under the skin and won’t come out, they look like they need to be extracted.
Great topic! Thank you for sharing ❤
Thank you for the video Doc...
Excellent presentation!
….. You’re truly the best. Thank you. La Roche Posay …Oui, Oui…❤……

Always great info, have a nice weekend👍👍
Can you do a video on cellulite?
I’m afraid of using an SA cleanser everyday, wouldn’t that over exfoliate the skin and cause a broken skin barrier?
Yes that's what happened with me, try a Benzoyl peroxide cleaner or using a SA Serum with other soothing ingredients in it
Benzoyl peroxide can actually be even more aggressive than SA..
SA cleansers work great for acne. They didn't break my skin barrier.
Thank you for sharing it with us🥰👍
SA Gleanser is getting good reviews
Good video 😊
Can you please do a review of the stick version of Vaseline versus the traditional soft jar version?

Tretinoin never helped my textured skin either🤷🏻♀️
Tretinoin caused my cystic acne and how i have scars. I had normal/good skin before tretinoin. I'm never gonna use tretinoin ever again.
My scars from cystic acne look worse after using Tretinoin. I was talled it would fix my scars, but it made them look worse and deeper. I am so disappointed
Wow. I've never heard of this

What can I use for "chicken skin" doctor
I use my tretinoin on my arms and follow up with moisturiser. I believe this worked for me :)
Amlactin (lactic acid body lotion works wonders)
Make a video kp on face
None of these will remove closed comedones.
You have a better recommendation please share ❤
This video was so confusing.
Every sunscreen I’ve tried, I am allergic to.
Have you tried super goop ?
