The panzer was not the best tank of the war in strategic and military power add many flaws itself, but if you like the tank, then that’s a different story you just like it
I believe the panzerkampfwagon VI ausf. B Köningstiger is the best tank Although controversial it had outstanding armor and firepower. It did a lot of damage to the allied advance and made a huge dent in the battle of the bulge. But unlike popular opinion the reason for the bulge failing was not the tanks but the supply line. The tiger II h was something an allied tanker would never want to see. Even in the better m4a3e8 the tiger II h was completely impenetrable from the front. The tiger II h really met it’s match at the end of the war with the m26e1 Pershing being able to penetrate the cheek of the tiger 2 h
It was really expensive to make and maintain, had huge mechanical issues, ate fuel like horse and could easily be destroyed or disabled by artillery, cas, infantry with capable at weapons etc. Sure if it ever finds itself fighting against only tanks with the perfect enviroment conditions it will be deadly but most of the time it would not be that great especially for logistics.
@ near then end of the war, which is when the tiger 2 came into service. allied where pushing to Germany. It mainly played a defensive roll which made it very effective. And in the battle of the bulge it was able to at first just smash through American lines. However due to the poor German supply lines the attack failed. The tiger II h did have mechanical issues but that didn’t take away it’s potency and effectiveness on the battlefield.
@@Hylke-l8g yea but still the Tiger IIs scored more than 500 kills for a loss of only 45 Tigers. In total Tiger IIs are credited with several thousand allied kills you can’t deny that those numbers speak for themselves. While I respect your opinion I still think the Tiger II is a great tank.
Use ingot pieces on the walls for damage and use headlight bricks in the side so the stud seemlessly sticks out looks great! Love all the new things you’re trying out and building!
Fun fact the water in the ammo stowage wasn’t that useful the ammo caught less fire because it was moved to the bottom of the tank and that place didn’t got hit often ………sorry if my English is bad
My favourite tank has got to be something not put into production and overpowered like the T29. Its just cool to think what would have happened if it had been produced.
The Brickmania tracks are amazing. Expensive, but amazing. I feel like if you want to learn more about tanks. I would recommend the Chieftain's Hatch, a UA-cam channel that is ran by a tank expert.
I dont think lego has made correct green color. Normal green is too bright, dark green is too dark and olive green is too rare. Also most of the molds the tank uses dont come in green so dark gray is only option
StuG III was cool though, the M4A3E8 is good though, its hard to decide the best WW2 tank though
True, each tank had its pros and cons. The panther though is tough to beat one on one.
As a war nerd, Love this MOC. Great job.
You killed it with the details and storytelling on this! The editing on this channel and the main one is also top notch
Thanks I appreciate that!
i believe the best tank of the war was the panzer 4

the republic tx-130 sabertank was the best tank of the war
@ I’m talking about World War II but I also love Star Wars
The best tank of the war was the T-34 (when used in large numbers)

this vid shows why that aint true ua-cam.com/video/ZivmrMMiV-Y/v-deo.html
it applys also for the tiger 2

@@101stAirborne55 which was not special to the tiger 2 look at the stug iii
The sherman wasn't the best tank, the US just outnumbered every other tanks and pumped out all thw shermans they could.
great video, you should build some German tanks and a German moc next, I think a rail gun or artillery position would look awesome.
I just built a Panther for a moc!

That was definitely a factor as well.
Great Tank + Moc but for the Shermans turret I recommend not using 1 long peice as it makes it to Blocky (in my opinion) but great job as always.
Are you talking about the barrel?
@coconutskingdom7643 Ye.
I like the treads you use but $40 is way out of my budget
They are expensive! Unfortunately I have to order another one for my second tank.

Thanks for the suggestion!
I would have personally used 1x4 slope bricks on the sides of the back of the sherman
Great tank design!
Thank you!
You should build the M1A3 Stuart tank next. It was one of the tanks used by the Kuomingtang or the Chinese Army in World War 2.
my fav is the tiger II
Love the E8 but definitely not my favourite that honour has to go the Sherman firefly or the Churchill Vii crocodile
Interesting! You don't see too many people talking about the churchill.
Looks incredible
Thanks!
Very cool, really like the roof, hello from Australia, you have a new subscriber
Welcome! Thanks for subscribing.
having M4A3E8 as your fav must be the most american/basic take but I'm type of guy who likes the tiger
I really, really like that tank!! You've given me a better history of WWII tanks than my history text book! 😂
Lol! I love to study WWII tanks so this is where I dump some of my learnings.
@@coconutskingdom7643 Nice!
Why is there smoke above the chimeney if the house is abandonned
The house is on 🔥
@haleyapplegarth1585 aaaaaaah i understand!!
Haha I know I just thought it looked cool.
I love your Sherman build but I don’t understand why the Lego Shermans are grey.

Some American tanks were grey in WW2 but it was uncommon
Gray is a good neutral color, some of the shades of green used for Sherman's isn't available in LEGO.
@@coconutskingdom7643 Thanks for explaining that
When will you do the eastern front?
Hmmm good question.
I think it is one of the best. I don’t really research World War II that much. I’m more of a world war one and 19th century person
Should build an M3 Lee
Maybe someday
Coconut do you think you could build some battles from the pacific and the Japanese islands
Maybe at some point
@ ok thx 👍
Try making a KV-2 in Battlefield and make that Solos a Panther
My favorite tank is any sherman

No, the best tannk in world war two was the tiger 2, search it up. The sherman sucked, sorry to break your spirit.
Too bad it looks like a cartoon tank, try again.
Nah I'm good, very happy with how it looks!
