Not publishing the bullying report protected those people who were victims from further abuse - especially those who were severely impacted. It is usual practice in the UK.

Can you imagine how much unwanted publicty these staff members would have had to deal with. If it had become public,sure it would have to be taken into consideration. Hard enough for staff !!!
The Palace doesn't matter in this case at all. The victims matter, and at this stage nothing was actually revealed. We have a very long way to go and this is clearly not going to take Meghan down. She will simply continue as if nothing happened. So yes, that bullying report from 2018, would have permanently finished her, but the Crown chose to protect her. Two victims stated they were ready to speak against her publicly, so no, it is not on them. They had every intention to do that, but were unsupported by the Crown. Valentine Low talks about this. The Crown always protects their own, and by their own, I mean Harry and Meghan.
Josh Kettler probably found out that being Harry's Chief of Staff actually meant being ordered around by Meghan.

So I'd think it's a pretty safe bet!

Consequences. People who have been injured, attacked, belittled, etc. watch the person that did it and wait and wonder when there will be consequences for their behavior. They want the world to understand that they are and we’re not the problem but these two adults acting like teenagers with unlimited power.
World doesn't know those people and is not thinking anything about them and their qualities.
This will be a big problem to the royal family. As far as I know, Harry&Meghan didn't have their own household, but the staff was assigned to them by the late Queen.
So, the late Queen was bad employer. She had responsibility to take care of the staff and take actions if there was any problems. She knew.
If there is any kind of compensation, more cases will roll out concerning other members of royal family.

The harassment to these staff was not the blame of the queen but solely belongs to the bullies. They reported the harassments to HR. A report was generated and presented to the queen The queen is not liable to these people. I am sure the RF did the right thing in spite of Hazmat and Migraine’s behavior imo

Abusiveness, criminal activity and/or fraudulent representation of person/position to the employee should be reason enough to null and void any NDAs. These victimized people should come together and launch a class action lawsuit IMO.

I believe that madam has encouraged Henry's terrible behaviour.. fanned the flames of discontent.. he already had a reputation for horrible behaviour and she has pushed him to fully explore his shadow self as she expresses her easily. According to UK and US laws, NDAs expire after 5 years. This year is the 5th year. How interesting...
Why must anybody have to sign NDAs.. these people all appear to be bullies .. there is a union for workers to be protected from this type of behaviour towards employees

Example: H puts out he wants to spend time in the UK…M puts out H loves his life in California. H knows she’s vulnerable in this bullying allegations. I think they’re splitting up.
It's a headline every day, each one contradicting the previous one. It makes you think they hardly speak!
You can be happy in California and like to spend more time in the UK at same time.
