They've been together for like 9 years since way way before any sign of success. She is a good one
Majority of you guys don’t know this but a prenup only accommodates for the assets you have previous to marriage, so prenups don’t benefit anyone who has nothing before hand. It. Only benefits those that have great assets prior to marriage. Everything acquired during marriage is “supposed” to be split 50/50 if a divorce were to happen.
Wait so there is no way to get married and make the woman sign something that she aint gettin sht?
She only gets what yo make while married. Say for instance you have a yacht and a mansion. You can get a prenup to prevent her from taking those if you get divorced. But if you decide to start a business while y’all were married even though you started it and ran it 100% and she had nothing to do with it. Since you started the business while y’all were married she is now entitled to at least half of that business if y’all get divorced.
But I’m not saying you cant get her to sign a contract through the business saying she is not entitled to anything and how she didn’t help do anything. There are loopholes but they are hard to get through.
