may i ask if a 3 months proof of income from hk and hk bank statement will be accepted as references? because i think i wouldn’t be able to open a bank account prior to moving to uk without a proof of address. but i will have a Uk job contract to provide. thanks a lot !

typical in US too, have to take pictures of the whole apartment/house and send send over the list to agent or landlord. Before moving out, agent/landlord will have a walk around to check for abuse or damage and then refund the deposit in full if no additional damage to the property.

其實外國地方疏落，人口密度低，街道寬敞，自然環境多，乾淨度自然感覺好；反觀倫敦市中心，人口密集，你會覺得狹窄擠迫，有點亂，同香港不遑多讓，好正常。
