Ateez performance for this round is very niched, like unless you're an atiny who's watched all the mvs and read the diary entries from the album then high chance that you would find the stage confusing. I wasn't an atiny when kingdom was out and i was so confused because the stage seemed like too many things at once, unlike their previous performances with clear storyline. but after watching the mvs and reading the diary entries, everything made sense. The lore's just too deep for this one lol it's truly a fans-aimed performance
I don’t really agree with this 100% yes the lore is deeper but this was an astounding performance and to think they came at the bottom… for this individual round, I’m shocked. Every group did amazing but only a few of them imo had that extra uuumph and Ateez is one of them.
@bubzzydraws true, it is a great performance by itself, but compared to their last 2 performances, you have to admit that it takes more effort to be able to understand the storyline. If you're already an atiny then it's easier to understand the flow of the performance but it's a bit overwhelming if you're not a stan. But i agree that it didn't deserve the bottom place since aside of the storyline being harder to understand it is still one of the most epic performance there and the collab with la poem was just a genius move to further emphasize the greatness of the fighting scene at the end, so i agree that they should've ranked higher that round instead of the last place
I agree about this one actually when I watch Kingdom I was a baby Atiny, so when I watch this performance, I was so confused and everything seem messy as it feels like many things happen in one place but if you understand their lore, you can catch up pretty fast regarding the performance. Yes, I also agreed this performance do not deserve last place because it is magnificent in my opinion. The way it mix perfectly

22:29 opinion from here. i feel like IKON was good but something is missing and not enough. they could have done better with Lisa but they didn't exceed more than "good". and SKZ truly live to the theme like there's truly no limit, they really gave out everything and you can't help but in awe. and BTOB!? i didn't expect that for that tbh. the storyline, the acting, the vocals and everything the stage IS CRAZY. and i was so touched that they choose the song because their thought of their fans 😭😭 edited: after watching all the performances this is my top 3 1. These groups raised the bar so high and make every performance iconic. I don't know what they will offers the next generations but I don't think that anyone can do more than this. Like Bobby said the new generations idols are for sure at high level. I saw a recent survival show but the quality was very far away than this
The Boyz are so underrated, and it's ridiculous. They work so hard, especially Juyeon, Q, and JuHaknyeon. Juyeon is a one-man show, and despite the trials, he always puts forth his best effort. Q does his damnedest to keep the dances synchronized. JuHaknyeon is just doing his best. Love them. 💕 💕
SKZ YOU DID SO WELL! 🎉🎉 it was a no limit round and they really stretched that limit, was very creative in every aspect of the performance, no wonder the experts ranked them 1st,, also I’m so proud of sf9!!! They’ve tried a lot of things in this show that were new to them! ❤
There are many StayTinys out there. And I've seen plenty of MeloStayTiny as well. Maybe it's because of Mayfly. Maybe it's just because BTOB, SKZ, and ATEEZ are just this amazing. Of course, iKON, The Boyz, and SF9 are great artists too. But there's something about the Mayfly groups that seems to attract similar fans

Wow the results really surprised me!! I never fully got to watch kingdom when it first came out! But I really think the boyz deserved first they worked so hard and ateez deserved to be at the top too it was so surprising because they had the best results sf9 also did so well🎉but woww😭 ateez had a top performance but I guess it truly was directed for atinyy! I loved it 😂
I loved iKon's No Limit performance. I get that the experts were grading on like more technical stuff, but i found SF9's boring and The Boyz were good but not as witty and creative with a story line. iKon's was clever with the intro and it was just fun to watch. You can tell they're all having a good time and are natural performers. I think iKon deserved 3rd or 4th place this round. I felt disappointed for them.
can i ask in self assessment is 1 group 2 vote or 1 member 2 vote ? bc if the later really not fair. especially after team fight bc they psychologically routing for team who in the same team in team match and the boyz hv many member
btw after researching i know the experts in kingdom taste, they likes cyberpunk and modern performance and every yunanis vibe like theme with god and opera even the performance really superb they didn't have many vote 1st the boyz, the skz and finaly ateez do that and they in 6th place even when performance so artistic and hv many meaning the just skipped it in my opinion they deserve 3th place in idea, camera work, concept, artistic and difficulty level but alas bc expert taste they got low score

Miyeon was so perfectly integrated in BTOB’s performance. The storyline with those heavenly vocals was just *chef’s kisses*
