There is a stopper(blue in color) at the outlet of value. We need to remove it so that water can flow seamlessly. I wonder why they have not removed it earlier

Check the following
1. Inlet filter is clean
2.Open the Cistern and remove salt deposits on the inlet mechanism ( black color rod inside)
3) Salt deposits near the exit valve

Press them from inside if they are freely going down. Remove salt and dirt deposits for free movement

Open the Cistern and check the following
1. Inlet filter is clean
2. remove salt deposits on the inlet mechanism ( black colour rod inside)
