I like his attitude. If you need motivation to do something that implies its something you don't want to do. I basically have to force myself to have rest days now and days where I lift I listen to chill music rather than the heavy metal I used to listen to get myself pumped up.

Great Video,I eat oatmeal with egg white every morning so I’m going to try it but I tried the cream of rice with egg white in it your way and loved it so I hope it will be the same for this meal,thanks for the info

I used to do oatmeal but eventually felt like it didn't digest well enough. Now i primarily use cream of wheat usually 80 grams, scoop chocolate protein powder, 16 grams peanut butter, 7oz almond milk and cook. And then a half cup blueberries. Have this breakfast/preworkout meal probably 5 days a week and love it.
That sounds like a solid meal!

The moment i eat oats is the moment i can go back to bed , complex carbs and especially oats that have fiber make me so sleepy i guess because of melatonine and tryptophane.
