Salaam, awesome vlog and really nice food. The soy fita, I prefer it when its cut up, fried with onions, coriander and chilli. The white handesh is differently one of my favourite, differently prefer this version than the gul version as its too sweet. can't wait for the next one.

Thanks! It’s not brown because it’s without jaggery. You can make it with and without it.

You can make Handesh wihout the gul. I prefer this version as less suger than the gul handesh. My mum would make both when it was time for Eid or Ramadan. If you haven't had this version, you differently should as it is very nice.
