10" Panasonic ceiling exhaust fan | 1 of 2

This fan is located at my grandma's house on my dad's side (my grandpa passed away on12/3/2016), in one of the bathrooms.
Here is a Panasonic 10" ceiling exhaust fan. Model FV-25TGU3. It was newly installed a year ago. So previously, this bathroom had no exhaust fan. It runs powerful too. At first, I thought the ones with 6 blades are the newer version, but actually the ones with 5 blades is the newer version. So the ones with 6 blades is the early version. Also, the newer version using grey label (like this one), and the previous version (including the early version) using cyan-colored label. There's another one exactly like this in the master bedroom's bathroom, but I haven't make the video of that one, but I may make it next time I go there. This fan was manufactured by Panasonic Manufacturing Indonesia, made in Indonesia. That's the only info about this fan.

This type vent fan no need ducting?

It doesn't need any duct unless the attic is sealed or not vented.
