    I love your videos because they’re so informative and I can see how these procedures take place. I also like how your procedures are subtle and not dramatic. They don’t leave the patients with drastic face changes 👍

    Between your technique and combination of CO laser resurfacing the results are incredible. There’s hope for me yet! I see that your technique completely removes the 3 fat pockets while some surgeons don’t remove them, instead they reposition them, what is the reasoning/benefits of these different methods? Thank you for your informative video!!

      what ever technique works best for a given surgeon is good. Safe surgery with natural outcomes is all that is important.

    I have to say that this is the best result for upper and lower blepharoplasty that I have seen. The result is 100% natural but at the same time not a subtle change but a striking result. And I think that you have a cute and humble spirit 😊

    Very very good, i love the art and science of it all. Its great that you are still excited and not a tired surgeon, and always willing to share your videos. Im not a surgeon but, I’m at the age where these procedures would apply! Great before and after pics. The procedure was not very long at all. The results are amazing from the co2 laser. Technology has given us great tools.

    Great video very informative. Dr, how about patients with darker skin types? CO2 laser can cause hyperpigmentation, so what can you use to help with skin laxity and fine lines under the eye if you can't use CO2? Also, have you ever had patients where not enough fats are removed and needed a revision?

    • @jniamtuiii
      @jniamtuiii  3 роки тому +2

      We use chemical peel on darker skin which does not wrinkle as bad as light skin. Revisions to remove fat are rare, maybe one ever 4 years or so. A revision is better than over resecting, so it can be necessary on occasion.

    I know you said that post op patients peri-orbital skin is pink from the laser treatment however, is there usually much bruising or delayed bruising? Is so, on average how long can this last?

    • @jniamtuiii
      @jniamtuiii  2 роки тому

      Bruising is uncommon because I use lasers and there is little if any bleeding.

    Can you do a lower bleph for hollowness. I dont have the fat .I use filler to help fill in but would like something more permanent. Also do you see patients from out of state.

    • @jniamtuiii
      @jniamtuiii  4 роки тому

      If you are hollow, a bleph may not be the correct treatment. Fat or fillers may help. All cases are different.

  • @bdeneris

    I understand that the fat pads in the lower eyelid was actually leaked from behind the eye due to a weakness due to aging. So why not put the fat back where it came? Should also look more youthful as well.

      not a problem, as long as your doc verifies they are simple floaters.
