- Mikey the 7 month old Great Dane Puppy and Abbie the 12 year old Cat are the best of friends. Watch and enjoy as Abbie and Mikey enjoy their daily dose of snuggling and loving. Mikey is growing up and learning NOT to bark at the cat....most of time. Abbie keeps Mikey in line with a few swats of her paw to remind his that Cat's Rule.

I like it...cat wants to be lovely and calm but when Mikey gets too excited and playful she swipes at him... Trying to teach him to be calm.

I missed 2 month adopted two dogs from TN. It is so hard to believe how Mike grew....

I don't know about"best of friends" Mikey is still not fluent in "cat". She does tolerate him though. that high pitched barking is going to get his face rearranged. Once she is no longer in such an accommodating mood.
I really don't understand cats. One second she's rubbing up against Mikey and then the next second she's swiping at him. I think I'm going to stick to dogs.
