3 YEAR TIMELAPSE in the Dolomites

- 3 years of changing seasons in South Tirol, Northern Italy.
Shot on a Canon 1200D, controlled by a computer running "IPTimelapse DSLR".
Powered by mains-electricity, cloud connected via Wifi and Dropbox. About 500.000 frames were captured over the course of 36 months.
In this special edit only the "best" days of the year were used and blended together. Only daylight and clear days were used to achieve the smoothest viewing experience. This technique is commonly called "Time Study".

Nice to see the seasonal changes, but my favorite part is watching that farmer's field on the middle right side of the frame!

That's an amazing edit. I can't imagine how much time it must take to go through 500 000 frames in order to find the best days. And if you shoot RAW, that must be like something like 15 terabytes of data, you're absolutely crazy :)
