Probably the most honest video I've seen. Admitting to steroid use but confirming training beyond and eating right is paramount. All the gear in the world won't make you big if you don't put the work in, the food in and the sleep in. You have to live it.....That's it. These people had genetics but they also had a vision and then made it happen with absolute 100% commitment.

When I do shrugs...I like to rotate my shoulders. It's had very good results. I went online and virtually everyone says it's a bad thing to do, however, at .42 seconds and 1:20 I see Kevin Lavrone doing it. I think I'll go back to it. Your thoughts?

Steroids is an equal part with eating and hard work. You have to have all three. But with aesthetics and the art of bodybuilding gone, since Lee Haney days, why have human judges? Just use weight and BMI. Best ratio wins. Oh wait, that would take bias and rigged politics out of it. Cant have that.

@@ralfburon6179 Markus was and is a very nice likable guy and I can understand some partisans preferring him to the others. But while Ruhl ruled Supreme in Size he never put the package together with proportion and symmetry that would have allowed for the win. A certain aesthetic just has to be there. You can always tell which nass monster will come out on top in the judging by their overall appeal. Jay and Ronnie had across the board appeal including women ready to bear their children. Never heard a one say they wanted Markus to jump their bones. And without that sensual appeal we more call asthedics you don't get the Sandow. Ultimately our carnal inner selves rule most things in this world. Yes... they DO work hard... VERY HARD... however, it's steroids, HGH & testosterone that allows them to work so hard.
