Still working full time but over 65 and want to keep myself ambulatory This summer may be the last time I try to fly anywhere that isn’t nonstop. Airport made me pretty anxious 😅 I had to make 2 connections and they changed my flight a couple times So I was back-and-forth through the airport probably made at least a mile if not more of trekking around because of gate changes And at the last gate, a young man with a wheelchair ran up to me and asked me if I needed help. And I thought to myself oh man, I must look like shit. It’s ironic too cause I was so relieved and even pretty happy I made it all theway to. that last gate on time! Man is it ever depressing getting old… Sharing your videos with my patients
Thank you so much as this has encouraged me to keep going . I have balance issues and stenosis of the spine e for which I do all other exercises . But you have encouraged me to do more of the lower lumber support . Look forward to more. Irene

Thanks Doug, just what I needed to improve my balance. I've had a number of falls due to falls. I sent this to my pc from my phone, so I can do them with you. Do you have one for getting up off the floor?
I have small feet with high arches. Doing these exercises is quite different if done in stocking feet or bare feet as opposed to a gym shoe. I find myself wanting to hear you say something about proper, that is safest, footwear. Do you have anything to say about any shoe stores that measure your feet and recommend a particular shoe?
I struggled thru these exercises but thank u so much. I want to walk again. I will continue to do these exercises. Best wishes. ❤
