Hi David yes indeed. it is the Sim-L-Bus which was connected to a very basic analogue world. Basically a circular table with a road network on it at Matchbox buses. A camera on an arm which projected a picture in front of the driver. Rescued from Chiswick before it closed
@@davidwebster537 Sorry we will never be able to recreate the old analogue simulation but it will have a driver's eye view video screen running in the new set up.
@@leon467 I remember as a teenager that you were able to book a visit to Chiswick training centre. I organised a visit for a group of friends and it included a go on the simulator as well as a play with ticket machines and a ride on the skid pan. A wonderful day out it was as well. The simulator seemed so realistic at the time!
Excellent video, you have moved on a lot Leon since the days of Hong Kong City Bus.
Thanks a lot! Yes and still having fun !!
So for enthusiasts - RM140, Horse Bus, S454, ST922 STL2093 and RT1 are broadly in their new positions. Everything else is just parked!

Nice video
It may be a stupid thing to ask but do you have any of the buses from the tv show on the busses
No that show featured buses from Eastern National not London Transport
Hi Leon is that the RT simulator cab that London Transport would train there drivers in before letting them out on the real thing ?.

@@leon467 well I would love a shot of that as I am wanting to be able to buy either an RT or an RF.
