Nice Video representation of the original High Drive! The D10 is one great Dozer for sure and one of my favorite Cat dozers of all time, and have been fortunate enough to have had 3 of them: of both versions, 84W, and 76X, which had a narrower track gauge and better suited as a push cat to fit the cut of 651 scrapers. I would like to add some clarity, as the D10 shouldn't be compared to the D10N, D10R, or D10T; as it was about 50k lbs larger, up to close to 200k lbs and was actually superseded by the D11N, along with a size and power increase too.The D10 deserves credit all on its own for its radical new look being the first high drive, a new cab, the resilient suspended undercarriage for ride and traction, and 700Hp, and weight increase over the Fiat Allis HD41 and Komatsu D455A, and Terex 82-80DA. The D10 pioneered the way forward for all future Cat Dozers with the industry embracing the high drive design for nearly 40 years until the Liebherr 776, and now 766 using the high drive design. The D10N, D10R, and D10T are all successor machines as a step up from the D9L in the 140-160k lbs size range; when the N series was introduced the D9 took a step backwards to fill the 400HP gap left from when the D9L superseded D9H. therefore the D10N continued on as the next generation from the D9L. There has been a lot of confusion around the "D10" size since the N series was introduced; many people since have referred the original D10 as a "D10L", which was never a true official Cat Model. The D10 deserves the spotlight as one of the Greatest Dozers! Very nice video and great job, i appreciate the effort and accuracy of info you have done; may I suggest, please use the real sounds to go with the great clips of these machines as the sound and sight go together for the true enjoyment of them. thanks
Thank you. It gets annoying watching people continue to compare the D10 to the D10N. The D8N was a new tractor with no predecessors, and resulted in the 8, 9, and 10 all being moved up one number.

I have a brand new on in my barn with 4 hours on it.
Trattore molto duttile ed affidabile, una sicurezza per chi fa QUESTO MESTIERE
PREFERISCO IL KOMATSU ORA
Unfortunately there is this stupid music all long the video !.
The D10 is a great machine but what you copied on your vid most of the actions could have been done with a D6. I was looking for some real work.
