Firstly you have to click phone settings. After that click "date -clock" and click "date- clock" again (2 times) . Thirdly you have to choose 24 hours format. Already its on 24 hours format turn off and on again. If it didnt work on mi band 5 first you have to update or reset your mi band 5. After that Problem will be solved.
I hope you can understand cuz my english is not that good. :)
