Now THAT'S thinking outside of the box!!! I like it. It may even work with a scratchbuilt Trailer with Tamiya Hauler trailer axles, that Carmine had started building. ;-)
I don't know if you are aware of this, but RC4WD also makes a very similar trailer with a very similar fender setup as this trailer, as well as lights . It would be interesting to hear if someone was to try this upgrade on that kit as well. I wouldn't mention it- but they both look identical and both were made with dual 1.55 wheels. Plus, I think with the scale looks of that trailer, I think people that own that kit may be real interested in something like this. Also, if anyone is interested in either trailer- Amain hobbies appears to carry them both, as well as a smaller single axle one. Love your videos- gotta try to spread the word with the scale crawler community on this one.
Yeah I actually saw that one when I was looking for one but the cost was more than double...and yes, they look almost the same! I would love to make some for that truck bit need to find someone who has one. I will have to post this on scale RC 4wd. I have posted all of my Highlift mods but no one really likes the highlift there so the threads have basically been me posting to me.
I actually already have but the quantity of the nylon used resulted in a print that cost $1200...so I shelved that until I can figure out a way to incorporate polystyrene & 3D prints to reduce cost.
The bronco is a massive kit and the cost of the bucket is almost half the price. These are simple parts and shapeways has been dropping prices lately. They are also on MyMiniFactory in a few days.
Oh yeah that can be done. You thinking EU style lights instead of American ones like this? Shoot me an email as I rarely check check the replys. Amproengineering@gmail.com
Great question. There is actually no such thing as the black vs the white. The reason is that all the Nylon is white. All colors are then dyed. This is why all I use is white and then I paint it all. Works better since it seals the plastic.

Wow Carmine sure has his fingers in everything. Gotta convince him to stay clear of the KingCab though....
He sure tries!!! I'm just trying to keep him busy during this horrible ordeal...
King Cab? I think he's got a mental condition!!! LOL
I really enjoy your video today thanks for making it
Any time Fred!

It's funny I was just looking at my trailer today thinking it needed this exact upgrades!!
Haha! Yeah I like the trailer but it needed something more...
Very well executed & designed.
Thanks Karl, it needed to be done.
Awesome work, makes me want to buy a trailer, just to put those upgrades on it😁

I Hope you will Engineer Real light lenses for the tamiya bronco body .
I like Four Stuff and ordered a lot of it
Thank you! I sadly don't own one to design them off of but maybe one day I can get my hands on one.
any chance you could design and print a 1/10 4wd crawler style camping trailer?
I actually already have but the quantity of the nylon used resulted in a print that cost $1200...so I shelved that until I can figure out a way to incorporate polystyrene & 3D prints to reduce cost.
You would probably need to do injection moulding or hand building to keep costs down...
I built a custom trailer for sonicwake and zelos 36, do you have trailer lens housing in a bigger size then shown here?
Oh sorry I dont.
Im scared to here the price on these trailer upgrades after seeing the price on the Ampro Bronco interior.

Any chance of making these with duel lights, outside one for turn, inside one for brake?

Ok I think I know my next purchase is.
Glad you like it!
Are there any durability differences between the white and black plastics?

@@AMPROEngineering Understood. Thanks for the reply. Any paint recommendations?
where i can find the first body in video that is a pajero mk1?
Check out episode 128. I cover the whole car. It is a rare shell now but they come up sometimes on ebay from the CW01 rere.
How can i get a set of those lights
Links in the description. The require the fenders though.
I’d get this but my trailer came with busted lights sooo....
Awe man!
I realize it is nylon but 85$ for two fenders and lights? Wow.
Low volume production unfortunately.
