Thank you for the tutorial video. I have stocked on the process which after generate from path>motion >ungrounded it twice then changed the color to gray however the text don’t get the same effect as yours. When I change the color gray I don’t see the black under the gray. I don’t think I missed any steps however if you can tell why I’m not getting the same effect?

1. Object must be converted to object to path and ungroup.
2. Check alpha color.
3. Select object properly.
4. Use same version of Inkscape.
