The Advanced Editor needs an option to control the length of the chords. It would be nice to have diminished, augmented, suspended and extended chords as well.

Just FYI... 8vb in the harmonize section stands for Octave Below. 8va is Octave Above. It's a lot more common to see 8va in sheet music, so 8vb is generally less known by musicians.

I use Scaler 2 with Remidi 2 and I'm just about purchasing FluidChords, they both communicate with Scaler. Here the process is simpler, since the softwares work together but don't communicate. Melody Sauce 2 has many less chords than Scaler, so it can't follow the most advanced chord progressions in Scaler, but I understand that we can use it for the simpler duties. There's many "melody makers" out there, finally I chose to purchase RD Melodya and use it with Scaler in the same way as you show here, with more freedom than Melody Sauce (I like Melodya's theoretical approach to melodies, similar to what Scaler does to harmony). Melodya's interface is old and funny, but I find it powerful enough and instructive.

Next, design a voice activated interpreter that can follow verbal instruct sets and with exacting results, as verbal instruction sets can be very individualized like as if a word becomes a entire formula, or gradients thereof on demand depending on the additional words used when asking it.
Just like a real person, and less vulcan so it understands things such as slang and lingo plus regular english. A a.i. that is a high definition thesaurus interpreter that can use verbally activated commands.

@@DeepThinkingGPU What i described, was a solution for individual musicians/songwriters to collaborate with a.i. during the process of writing songs.
The ability to select from databases built up of already existing artists works, and by using that along with your own realtime input you would seem to be jamming improv with famous musicians or styles thereof.
Band in a box sort of does this, but it could really be improved upon with such databases and realtime improv abilities based on what it would hear.
Keep on rocking as you roll.

Intellectually I am fascinated by all this AI in music and want to explore it more, but conversely as a human musician I have a growing sense of unease that we as people are slowly being eased out of this realm of human creativity. The human instrument virtuoso could fade into oblivion. Computers now beat us at chess and now soon music production? What’s the point of learning any instrument or music theory when if not now, soon, AI will best us? Will we be reduced to being like a DJ pushing a button for prerecorded sequences, until that too is bettered by a machine? I think this is where we are heading.

Let's develop a serious a.i. interpreter for song writing that can bring much to the table for people as creative editors.
A songwriting teamplayer that is digital yet not mechanical sounding unless asked to be.
Templates could be based off different artists and their individual approaches, saved as databases. These can also work in conjunction with other templates of other artists, similar to how the travelling wilburys brought each of their own unique writing styles into the studio.
There is alot of musicians styles. All these could essentially collaborate in a digital form.

I was running scalar2 into a guitar VST. The guitar VST comes with a bunch of strumming and picking patterns that can strum or pick out the notes of whatever scalar2 produces, and i fuel that with a jamstik studio MPE midi2 enabled guitar. Just picked up a older mint condition ableton push, and want to feed that finger drumming and use the ableton push for guitar solos on the fly, and to accent the notes i make with the guitar surface controller at the same time, and with foot controllers. Midi mindscaping or whatever amazing new catch phrase word.
MPE is where it's at, if you want to overcome the mechanical feel of midi recorded tracks generally have due to their lacking of elements that MPE brings to the table of note elements. You want those.

bof bof bof... I bought Melody Sauce, some melodies are successful if you don't go off the beaten track of harmony. On the other hand, as soon as a progression contains complicated chords, the plugin is at a loss and the advanced chord editing offers very little latitude. The import of a progression in midi is not proposed either, so it is not at all the ideal companion of the Scaler plugin (which I use) as it is praised here. The Captain Epic suite offers much more flexibility (midi import, pattern editing) and its Captain Melody module does not fare so badly compared to Melody Sauce. Disappointed then...
