This cutscene proves Shadow is a hero to the core. Without any memories or outside influence, the first thing he does after waking up is save a girl he (to his knowledge) never met from incoming projectiles and explosions. Compare that to someone like Snyder Cut Superman who blew up tanks and killed people while under the same circumstances. And to think people say Shadow has no feelings.
I always utterly loved Omega's introduction in this cutscene. You could say it was wasted effort, as we already knew what he looked like from the instruction manual, but I adored the slow, horror-movie reveal: the red optics flickering on, the slow steps across the floor, the Terminator-vision POV shot, and then his full reveal blazing away with those twin minigun arms.
Something i noticed. When shadow opens his eyes a loud electronic sound happens. Its never explicitly stated if it was omega making his presence known or shadow powering on. Further adding to the mystery (although now we know it was omega)
I wish something (or someone) could make a "magic spell" or something to erase everyone's memories to forget Shadow the Ultimate Lifeform forever... Because I don't want Sonic & Shadow to be rivals anymore. I want those 2 hedgehogs to be separate forever... before anyone gets hurt or worse. Similar to what Tom Holland's Spider-Man/Peter Parker and Strange did in the very end of Spider-Man: No Way Home. Just to be on the safe side.

When you have more weapons mounted in your body than a whole squadron of AC-130 gunships and can level a city in minutes, do you even really NEED to aim?
If Infinite the Jackal travel back in time and kill Shadow the Ultimate Lifeform before the events of Sonic Heroes, none of this would have ever happened. Meaning: Team Dark, Shadow the Hedgehog (video game), Sonic 2006, and more Shadow's actions will never exist at all. Shadow killed the Jackal Squad, and turned Infinite into a monster on purpose. And Infinite wants his family (Jackal Squad) back immediately.
would be a paradox. if infinite goes back in time to stop shadow from existing then infinite wouldn't have a reason to go back in time to stop shadow from existing, which would mean shadow would exist and create infinite. paradox loop makes this scenario impossible.
Infinite the Jackal's revenge Use a time machine (or time traveling powers) to travel back into the past (between Sonic Adventure 2 and Sonic Heroes) to stop Shadow the Ultimate Lifeform's return and the rise of Team Dark (by Rouge the Bat) from happening and existing....
Why can't G.U.N. send soldiers (instead of Rouge the Bat) to find Shadow and E-123 Omega in the first place? It's unfair, and it doesn't make sense. And besides, Rouge the Bat and Sonic never tell anybody anything about Shadow being alive and having amnesia (lost his memory). Why? Because nobody cares.

It’s not that he can’t aim it’s that shadow is too fast.
Shadow was the first organic being that has ever matched sonic in speed.

This game had potential to be better than what it was.
A lot of people were still having expectations of 02 era when this game came out.
