One thing that I believe you missed is that Chancellor (usually) lets you shuffle in whatever you buy that turn. It doesn’t make the card good but it’s a very significant part of its power.
The Dominion Second Edition cards came for the better... the only "change" I would like to see would be in Bandit... It really could say... "Gain a Gold or a Treasure trashed this turn" or even "Gain a Gold or a Treasure from the trash". Concerning the cards that remained... Bureaucrat is pretty weak and Mine could cost less...
