    First time on your Chanel, it was a bit slow start, but glad I stayed with it.
    Good range to practice.

    I am a young karate student learning and practising this art for 2 and half month and I am a white belt. Your lessons given in youtube and your instagram helps a lot to review the techniques and practice at home. I'd like to ask a few questions to you about Karate. I will be extremely pleased if you answer.
    (1) There are how many total strike and blocks in Karate?
    (3) Which one is little bit important, hand strike or leg strike?

    • @fioretartaglia
      @fioretartaglia  2 роки тому

      (1)
      There are very many techniques in karate, I have never counted them.
      (2)
      There is no such thing as the most important technique: they all have their place. At short distance the arm techniques are more suitable, as well as at long distance the leg techniques can be used better. A karateka should practice all of them to have the better chance of success in any situation.

      It is always only about what your own possibilities allow! Exaggeration is wrong. Basically, the exercises are always the same: the body structure is always the same in principle.
