I love the process and the outcome. I rep like the idea of shortening the clients hair for easy take down. I’ve had clients call and cry about difficulties taking down their locs esp ones with long hair, so this method really comes in handy
Thank you so much, i'm learning so i can do it myself and your work looks incredible! I loved your video, I just have one question though . What is the thing you did with the towel? Does it helps to fix the ends? thank u!
Sorry I am just seeing your question . I have never used nail glue , but I have had only 1 client complained that 2 of her locs are unraveling just a little bit . She did not come to get it fixed, I am guessing that is because it was not that bad . That made me want to start using nail glue, but I don’t want to stain my hand lol . No complain yet though .
These locks are so beautiful😍 Thank you so mch for showing this. I have never seen any one do the messy locs this way. I think this way is the best way to do the messy look.🥰 By going above your thumb then below is the key to saving time. 🎁 Now this is also the first time I have seen the steaming at the end. Is this just steam from a hot towel or do you have a hand held steamer under a towel?
Aww thank you so much💕💕 . As as for the steam, I just boiled water, and then dipped the towel in, and then used it . It’s something new I started doing, but I am yet to buy the hair steamer, still looking around for some
MY HAIR IS SHORT IF I WANT THIS BOB LENGTH SHOULD I USE SPRING TWIST FOR THE BASE OR COULD I USE MARLEY HAIR FOR BASE AND THEN JUST WRAP WITH THE SPRING TWIST HAIR?
ANOTHER QUESTION... INSTEAD OF USING THE CROTCHET NEEDLE CAN I JUST WRAP IT WITHOUT THE NEEDLE AS I WOULD DO REGULAR FAUX LOCS? ALSO CAN THE ENDS BE SEALED WITH A LITTLE NAIL GLUE?? I DONT LIKE BURNING BECAUSE IT MAKES THE LOCS STICK TOGETHER AND UNRAVEL EVENTUALLY FROM MY EXPERIENCE
Because her hair is so damaged I feel like it needed more moister. Her hair looked very dry, even just some shine n jam on the parts would help. But I love the look
@@QueenssLoungeQL I had the same question, but now I'm wondering how do you ring it out with out burning yourself? How do you get rid of the excess water
I use passion twist for my butterfly faux locs but it looks stiff to me or is it the way it should look or I’m doing something wrong please enlighten me?
It is the hair . This hair would be better www.queenlounges.com/product-page/spring-twist-3bundles-crochet-braids-synthetic-hair-8-inch-jumbo-braiding-hair
This looks amazing !! I cannot wait to try this technique! Did you use at steamed hot towel at the end what was that ? It looks like it helps the locs relax and not be so stiff .
@Queenss Lounge Hello I have dreads but they are not long yet. They are a nice length not too short but not long. I am going on Vacation soon and wanted to know. Would you suggest these if someone has dreads? I'm just thinking if I want to get under the water with my natural dreads it's gonna mess up my hair style and fresh roots that I will have. What would you suggest?
Oh yes , i suggest getting these done. I did live she went on vacation, was in the water all through , and my hair is still intact . Sorry for the late reply .
That's exactly how I do my client hair too. Am only 16 and I started to do hair for a living now
Awesome. Keep it going 💕

I thought i was the only one that did the hot towel at the end 🥰
Lol you are not alone 💕
right😂
Lovely! Question , what type of hair are you using?
In the description
I love this 😍😍 for the steam towel, you just use a regular towel to put it in hot water?
Thank you 💕. I boiled the hot water, and then used regular towel for the steam towel .
@@QueenssLoungeQL I had the same question, but now I'm wondering how do you ring it out with out burning yourself? How do you get rid of the excess water
Nia On Purpose you wrap it back up that is my why ends usually have a nice volume to it .
If I wanted the locs to be longer like a little longer then mid back length how many packs of hair do you suggest?
If 6 packs is needed for regular size, then you are get about 8-9 packs to be safe = 8-9 bundles .
Beautiful
Queenss Lounge what brand did you buy?
I have some similar to these, but longer. Do you think I can dip them in hot water without causing them to unravel?
This is what I did for mine ua-cam.com/video/X5yT2TqNauM/v-deo.html
