Today watching this episode I thought it would be spectacular, when these episodes end, to create a recipe book to immortalize these episodes. Please continue your excellent work. These episodes will ensure that pizza continues to be a food on all tables in the world. The ovens I will tell you that I am in love with my Roccbox for its versatility of being able to take it to all the places I want, even so, those domes are fabulous. Being able to make larger pizzas and a larger work area is spectacular.

This is so generic it almost put me to sleep. Never use a blender for San Marzano tomatoes. Use your hands or a food mill.
There are so many other cheeses then mozzarella. Emmental, Gruyère, blue cheese etc.
Any professional chef using cast iron pans to cook tomatoes should be fired. That is the most disgusting thing you can do because that tar crap they use for seasoning will leech out into your food and make it taste like metal. Instructors should not use cast iron because it looks cool, Home cooks who don't know that acid food destroy seasoning so teach people right.
It’s surprising how many pizza vids are out there when they tell you to just put the tomatoes in a blender or stick blender. Always hand crush or food mill the sauce for best results!
You are an idiot. If your cast iron has "Tar Crap" in it you may need to quit cooking... lmao wtf. We don't rub tar and shit on our cast iron lol you must use metal forks to stir a non stick pan😂😂
Please, let the gentlemen speak. The lady tries to add witty comments and color commentary, but it just isn't working. Know when you are not helping the situation, and just let the gentleman do his thing. He's the one that knows things. You could completely cut her out and this would be a wonderful video.
