Usually when Protagonist use the power of darkness they always get corrupted (at first) before they master their new power (Atem Sociopath Hero in Beginning of Manga/Season 0 or when using Seal of Orichalcos, Jaden when becoming Supreme King, Yusei mind control by Duel Dragon in Manga, Yuma when become Dark Zexal, Yuya using Berserk Mode or When Becoming Zarc) yet Yudias Break that Tradition and immediately mastered and tamed said power like a boss
@@devantemungin7060 first of all Yusaku NEVER use any dark power and that is why i didn't consider him unlike Yudias. Yusaku is Mary Sue like Yusei who is perfect in every way and the writer always give him some random Asspull like Storm Access which is far more broken than Shining Draw Asspull which allow him to have a Cyberse Extra Deck that allow him to win big again ANYONE which make him a Worst Protagonist alongside Yuma with the most asspull. His Character Development is Meh, His Interaction with Everyone is pretty shitty also he is a Certified Jerkass who only care about himself, and his good guys moment/redemption arc is pretty questionable and bad
@@joejunior5991 I didn't say anything about Yusaku being unlike Yuudias, I only meant that he didn't have dark powers. Every YGO protagonist has had a broken ability stating back to Yugi calling on Atem for most of his duels during the original series, to Jaden(Judai) using both the powers of Yubel and the Supreme King during seasons three and four of GX, to Yusei and his Signer powers and Clear Mind to blast through all his enemies even if he was at the brink of defeat and few times, to Yuma with Astral helping him with Zexal Morph and Shining Draw, to Yuya and his pendulum summoning capabilities, his unwilling connection to Zarc and being able to control 4 dimensional dragons, to Yusaku and his Storm Access ability to create automatic Data Storms to make extra deck monsters on a fly. I think at this point, Yuga and Yuudias are the only ones with no specific broken gimmick (maybe) and had to work hard to acquire the dueling skills they have right now, but they still got their flaws when one looks real closely. Point is, whether they're the "best" or the worst, all of the YGO protagonists are not perfect in any shape and form, but they ended up making their own mark in their own way, despite the people's opinion of them.

Meaning Yusaku/Playmaker and Yuga are the only YGO protagonists that never have a dark power to be corrupt by or to mastered.

You’re technically right. He did fall to darkness but his “evil” form is only subtly different in behavior.

Yes, and I discovered that there's an archetype on their OCG that spams fusion monsters. 😅 I believe the name was Skysavior or something like that.
Currently there are already monster cards with effects that allow you to Fusion Summon without a Fusion Card, so there is not much surprise xD
