His people were required to work for six days and rest on the seventh, this sabbath is the sabbath of God Himself, He was the one who sanctified this day as the last day of the week. The day lasted 24 hours for the people, why would it last any longer for God? He was the one who told them how to keep it. In conclusion, the same day of the week God rested, is the same day of the week He told the people to rest also.
@@drdisrespect5318 Yeah the seventh day of rest thing isn't accurate and even Frank on a good day would agree with that because I've seen him describe how God interacts with everything and sustains everything all the time, like cell structures etc. I read his book 'Stealing From God' and it seems like even Frank doesn't entirely agree with what he said about God's seventh day of rest continuing to today. What a weird statement lol
I disagree with Frank, here's why, every area in the Bible where the word for day in Hebrew is found, it means a literal day, the Bible also said, the evening and the morning in regards to each day, There was no evolution, God does everything instantly in the Bible, when Jesus made wine, it was instant, when he healed the sick it was instant, when he raised the dead it was instant, every single act of God in the form of a miracle is instant, the creation of the universe is a form of miracle, and that too was instant and not billions of years old
Jesus is still forming babies in their mothers wombs, and giving life to every other living creature (Psalm 139:13) Jesus has definitely not stopped creating. There are stars still being formed. He has not just created everything and left it. No, He is intimately involved in every single thing. All of existence depends on the Lord Jesus Christ. Soli Deo Gloria
@@maidenshazza I agree that God has His hand in all of His creation(John 5:17) but He is no longer creating (Genesis 2:1-3). Babies are born of the flesh. @Elias valle When David says "you formed my inward parts and you knitted me together in my mother's womb, I can absolutely take that as God doing everything in the formation of that baby, not God sitting back and letting natural processes knit the baby together in its mother's womb. Yom can also mean a long period of time or a period of days. Lolly's, i would ask, what did your Mother and Father do back in their day? What was their job, how did they meet? did they marry? etc. Was this all on 24 hours? Not at all. You would have to be a superhuman with a time machine. You also have to remember the book of Job, which also talks about creation. We have to consider all 20 creation accounts to make it consistant. It cannot be consistant when you have the 24/h view. For example in Genesis 2, Adam said the hebrew word 'hapam' which in the OT everytime its used it means 'at long last'... this isn't used for a short period of time. Scholars have said this isn't a few microseconds, but weeks, months or years between the creation of adam and the creation of eve. Secondly, the evening and morning aren't in the seventh day. Therefore we are still in the seventh day today. When evening and morning are used, they are meant to be the beginning and the ending of a creation day. I love Dr Turek but I think he is wrong about this. The Bible says the earth was created in 7 days. Like Dr Turek has said in the past…”If someone raises from the dead I tend to believe Him”.
I won't speak on Frank's behalf , but what he may be getting at is one day is as 1000 to GOD. Keep in mind man had to set a 24 hour time period , GOD doesn't acknowledge time as we do because we require structure. People in the beginning also lived to 800-900 years old
@@larzman651 It isn't saying that 1000 years equals 1 day to God. It's pointing out that God is not constrained by our concept of time. Adam was 1 day old when God created him, but he does not look like 1 day old. God is capable of creating a fully matured and a fully functioned man in one day.
Anyone who says they have the answer, usually doesn't. What if both views are correct? What if when scientists examine the age of the universe they really are getting the numbers that show billions of years? But what if the reason they are getting that information is because they are seeing a mature creation? Why do we assume that God would make everything start at an age of infancy when he clearly didn't do that with anything in Genesis?
Exactly. Adam was created as mature. APPARENT age does not equal ACTUAL age. The only way to measure ACTUAL age is to witness it's beginning. Without that, you can only have ASSUMPTIONS and BELIEFS.
Answers in Genesis has some great videos on the age of the earth. I would be careful though with the thought that genesis is not accurate. I've heard it many times if you can change the meaning of Genesis you can also change every other part of scripture including who Jesus was and what He did. The Bible simple says that God rested on the 7th day. It doesn't say it was any longer just because there was no mention of morning and evening, I believe it was because God had already established what a day was. It also doesn't say God continued to rest after day 7 He just didn't create anymore because what He had set out to create He finished. We take God's word at what it says in every other book so why not in Genesis? Is God not powerful enough to create all we see in just 7 days as we currently know them?
@@tarynthompson4141 Not that I disagree with you, but would it not be just as miraculous if He had created the universe billions of years ago through the Big Bang and natural processes He created. God is timeless. What I care about is if Genesis becomes a stumbling block for scientists acknowledging God when it doesn't need to be. Whether it actually is or not, the Universe APPEARS old. We can agree with atheists about this. That does not mean that God did not create it or that the Bible is wrong. Whether in 7 days or billions of years, both are still miracles of a timeless Creator.
@@millenialfalcon8243 I saw recently that some scientists had found evidence that the big bang never happened. It was in my newsreel, not that that makes it a reliable source but its not something I have looked for before and it just came up a few weeks ago. I have watched both sides of the argument and I choose to take God at His word and believe the biblical account. I try not to add or subtract from scripture as the Bible has some dire warnings for those that do. I believe if God created the world with a big bang over millions of years that is what the text would say. I just think its too easy for us to change one thing where we don't agree and also do that to the rest of the Bible as well. We could change the whole Bible to mean what we want just because it doesn't fit into or worldview. There are things in the Bible I wish I could change, but then it would be my word and not the Lord's. Even Charles Darwin rejected his own work at the end of His life. I don't want my views to come from someone within the last 200 years, who rejected his own teaching and belief. I'm not saying all science is wrong, but I'm going to have to go with the one who created it all to begin with. Who carefully designed everything just perfectly for life, who built in changes to the DNA codes of plants and animals and people so that they could adapt , not evolve, to changes in weather or climate. I believe there is a huge unknown space where science and the Bible perfectly coexist, we as people just choose not to believe in the one who created science in the first place and change what we want to so we can see our own worldview. Just my thoughts🙂

Young. Genesis and Exodus both make it clear the Earth and all the life upon it was a literal 24 hour, 6 day creation by the original language. "Morning and evening". Do the math from there to Adam's years to David to Jesus to today and there's no question it's young. "Let God be true and every man a liar". Romans 3:4
I would like to point out that Exodus 21:10 has absolutely nothing to do with creation. Exodus 21:10 “If he takes an additional wife, he must not reduce the food, clothing, or marital rights of the first wife.
I’ll never forget Turek’s point that “day” could easily have been meant as in “in his day” or “in the day of the Roman Empire”, a day meaning an age. And shortly after that passage in Genesis I believe the word is used like that very clearly, “the men of his day” or something like that.
The only issue with this is that the structure of the Genesis 1 creation account makes it clear that the intended usage in this context is standard 24-hour days.
No. The days are 24hrs. Plants couldn’t live too long without sunlight and the sun wasn’t created until the day after plants. I agree with frank. There's so much figurative language and 2 accounts to the genesis story. It's hard to call it a 24 hr day when no one actually knows (there's no witness) just a document thousands of years old we have to understand. It would depend on where you are located in the universe, or even which dimension you are in. It is speculated, and largely believed, that the closer you are to a black hole, the slower time moves for you. At the center of our galaxy is either a massive black hole, or swarm of them, which would make time very slow there, and likely only a short time has passed there compared to here. Now imagine being at both the beginning and the center of the entire universe.
The verse is actually Ex 20:11. It says that God made, (not created), the heavens and the earth. In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. When God said "Let there be light", He didn't created it. We have to remember that the bible was written by men, wise men who had incredible knowledge of allegorical thought processes. They knew how to encode there wisdom and hide it in allegory and symbolism because it makes a person think and seek and question and discover. They understood complex numerology and gematria. The wisdom of the flame alphabet is contained within the ancient wisdom.
Genesis 2:2-3 is in the past tense: "...and He rexted on the on the seventh day... God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested..." So, that day seems to have been and gone just like the other 6. I think it is inconsistent to propose that any of the days in the creation account are a different length than the others - it's not a strong argument.
The book of Enoch also gives clarity in this regard as it explains the length of days and days in a year. So I also disagree that Yahuah is still resting as he does work everyday in peoples lives. He set the example, he wouldn't just stop following it because of his position, that's not how he works.
2 Peter 3:8 "But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day." Man's time is different from God's time. Man may have perceived God's time as 6 days but it could have been much longer because man doesn't perceive time the same as God.
In Genesis, it doesn’t just say “day”, it describes exactly what it is referring to. In Exodus 20, when God included it in the 10 Commandments, it explicitly tied the command and the creation to a 7 day week. On the other hand, I am 99.9% convinced that if an atheistic scientist found strong evidence for a young earth, they would NEVER publish it.
I don't have a problem with either one really but lean on young earth. God is not subject to space and time and the Bible speaks about one day being like a thousand years to the Lord, so it doesn't matter because God is watching all events we are experiencing through time at the same moment

Considering the fact that many minerals such as opal, diamond, quartz etc can be formed in a matter of days artificially, and the fact that God has the power to form a single grain of sand out of nothing, why would it be impossible for God to form everything in only a matter of days. The Islamic verses says god almighty created everything in 6 periods simultaneously not like the incorrect Christian explanation that god almighty rested on the 7day. God almighty never gets tired, doesn’t sleep or die
God never sleeps nor slumbers. Disagree. "And the evening and the morning was the first day" 24 hours And the evening and the morning was the second day. So on... Literal days. Revelation also mentions days and guess what? They are literal days. C'mon it's WRITTEN in the word of God. Take him at his word. Love you guys!
The bible says one day on earth is a thousand years in heaven. So if we were to go by God's time, it took 6 thousand years to build what God built. And he rested for a thousand years.
The 'universe' is about 13.5 billion years old. That's about it. There may be lots of opinions about the age of the universe, but there aren't many theories. This 6000 years thing is not a theory in the accepted sense of the word, scientifically. It's a notion, an opinion. And it exists because people believe in a conclusion and feel compelled to make their so-called evidence fit that conclusion.
There is no indication in Scripture that God is still at rest. Quite the opposite: “My Father has been working until now, and I have been working.” (John 5:17) The reference to God resting on the 7th day, in Genesis 2:2, clearly indicates God stepping back and taking full joy in His created works, for a 24 hour period. Dr. Jason Lisle is a beast at this topic and would tear Frank to shreds in a debate. I highly recommend any of Dr. Lisle’s books. Understanding Genesis is an excellent book that debunks old earth creationism.
Because we want christians to tear fellow christians to shreds in debate...? He rested from His work of creation. He is still until the "eight day" when He creates the new heaven and earth. This is not a salvation issue, so it's not that important anyway. But it does make a difference in apologetics and evangelism to not be seen as holding a view that doesn't match the evidence. Since it can be interpreted either way without harming the core message, there is no requirement to hold strictly to a young earth view.
Wrong Genesis doesn’t speak of a six day creation Genesis utilized a word that has multiple meanings Day or Period Period is more accurate and each period of creation has different length of time
The guy asking the question used "theory" in the sense of an educated guess, not in the scientific sense of an established fact supported by a huge amount of evidence. So right off the bat, not a good start.
It's easy to answer. Jesus Himself said, "Have you not heard that man and woman were made FROM THE BEGINNING" And given that we have a fairly accurate genealogy from Adam to Noah to David and to the birth of Jesus. If Adam wasn't real, which person in his lineage is real in order to complete the genealogy?
God makes it so clear that everything was made in 6 days with a morning and evening. The genealogies also make it clear that the earth can only be a little over 6,000 years old. Every theory that suggest the scripture means something else is just trying to add whatever they feel should be there.
I feel like this is one of those topics where if you're a Christian, you're basically taught 1 theory is the truth and you're not allowed to be unsure if you completely adhere to that interpretation. It's not a core tenant of Christianity that salvation relies on so long as you still believe God is the authority and creator.
So what you're saying is that days aren't to be taken literally but allegorically? Does that mean every other story in the Bible we can take allegorically? Or is it only allegorically if it doesn't make sense to the world as we know it today?
Each book of the bible stands as its own piece of literature and you have to treat it as such in order to gain a full understanding. You can't drink milk your whole life.
That’s like saying, “I started vacation a week ago, so today is still Sunday.” The bible is very clear that Genesis was a historical narrative not poetic, so God created everything in 6 days and rested on the 7 and continues to rest.
Genesis 2:4 says, "These are the generations of the heavens and the earth when they were created, in the _day_ that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens." (ESV) In this verse, all of the creative days are called one “day.”
He was not at rest when he died on a cross for my sins. Or came back to life. Or ascended to heaven. And he is there now never ceasing to make intercession for the Saints.
All of the Verses of Genesis 1, which give account of the 6 days of creation, end with the statement "...the evening and the morning were the first/second/third/fourth/fifth/sixth day...". That means that each one of the six days of creation were of a literal time period of an evening and morning which are, each, a 24-hour period of time. Our 24-hour time periods are of a morning and an evening. GOD/ELOHIM then, on the following seventh day, "rested" from all HIS work which HE created and made. Meaning that HE just simply stopped creating, as HE was finished creating all that HE wanted to create at that time. And, HE, then, stepped back, and surveyed all that HE created and saw that it was all good. That, by the context of the previous six days, can be understood to be a time period of "an evening and morning", or, a 24-hour period of time. So that, these first seven days of the Creation Week, are just that, A WEEK. And, that week was the template of all the following weeks after that from Genesis 1 up until this very day today. Time was marked by 7 day weeks, grouped up into Months, which are grouped up into Years, then Decades, then Centuries, and, on and on. The Creation Week was a literal period of 168 hours. And WHY NOT? All GOD had to do was think of the image in HIS mind of what HE wanted to create and just speak the Word, and it came into existence. Which means, during each of the first 6 days, HE could accomplish LOTS of creating of many different things. Yes, a Verse later states that "to GOD a day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as a day". But, that is referring to how GOD experiences time compared to how we created humans do. It's not implying that GOD's Creation Week was actually a thousand years each. Time as a whole can parallel the Creation Week, as in, the Earth, as since Adam and Eve, is near 6 thousand years, and the 1,000 years of the Reign of JESUS CHRIST👑YAHUSHUA parallels the 7th day of GOD's Rest, as the Earth's 7th millennium of Peace and rest. This whole issue is similar to the event of CHRIST's death. He was actually crucified on Wednesday, not Friday. He rose from the dead on Saturday evening, not Sunday morning. Because the Lord specifically stated that He would be "in the heart of the Earth" (the Paradise side of Hell - Luke 16.), which, He said, would be the same amount of time in which the prophet Jonah was inside the belly of the great fish. That's 3 days and 3 nights, i.e. 72 hours. You can't squeeze 72 hours into the space of time from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning. Man's religious traditions makes GOD's Words of none effect.
one thing I do know because Holy Bible mentions it is this. God created the atom, put together the compound elements of water and dirty before thre forming of Universe.
Y’all ever notice that God didn’t even create the sun and the moon (what we use to measure the passing of days) until the 4th day? How could there be evening and morning before he created the things that distinguish evening and morning?
Everything God made He made it fully mature. A one day old tree, could have been 2000 years mature. Adam and Eve were one day old on day 6, but could have been over a thousand years mature.
Somebody in the comments should explain the starlight dilemma. God would have had to create stars in various states of decay if he truly created everything in six 24 hr periods. Also, he would have had to create the light that shines from these stars as some of them are millions of light years away. Assuming a young universe. If one says that the universe is old but earth is young, then it's clear that the creation days would mean nothing.
I was told that Adam and Eve were made mature enough to be able to conceive and care for the earth and animals. God did not create the man as a baby. What is mature in age? Could it be 15 years old, 25 years old, 300 years old? In Genesis they lived to be up to about 800 years old. When God made the Earth, He made the Earth mature. How old is mature for earth? 7 days, 1000 years, billions of years old? I am still learning to pay attention to the small details, but this small detail helped me understand and I hope it helps everyone else too. May Jesus Christ bless whoever reads this and understands 🤍 Amen.

Remember that translation matters. Day wasn't translated.. Day was considered a begining and then an end of a project/objective. So the 24 hour thing doesn't apply properly back then as it is to us. So day 1 wasn't 24 hours.. it was the start and the end of step 1 and it could've taken 1k years because REMEMBER to always pay attention to translation. are lunar
I would have to disagree with frank on this
Any logical person would.
@ICON REALM saying the 7th day is longer because God rested and is "still resting"
I disagree with Frank, here's why, every area in the Bible where the word for day in Hebrew is found, it means a literal day, the Bible also said, the evening and the morning in regards to each day,
There was no evolution, God does everything instantly in the Bible, when Jesus made wine, it was instant, when he healed the sick it was instant, when he raised the dead it was instant, every single act of God in the form of a miracle is instant, the creation of the universe is a form of miracle, and that too was instant and not billions of years old
Like Jesus said, in John 5:17-18. He is still working. Never stopped working. He just stopped creating 🙏❤️
He just stop creating the earthly things
Jesus is still forming babies in their mothers wombs, and giving life to every other living creature (Psalm 139:13)
Jesus has definitely not stopped creating.
Can we say that God has a hand in guiding the process. Absolutely, but the process is natural. This is why we say if it is Gods will and why we say it is a blessing from God 🙏❤️
@Elias valle When David says "you formed my inward parts and you knitted me together in my mother's womb, I can absolutely take that as God doing everything in the formation of that baby, not God sitting back and letting natural processes knit the baby together in its mother's womb.
Also at no point during the original creation did God knit Adam or eve in their mothers womb right??? So who does He knit???? Every baby born has been knit together by God, meaning He has created that child in its mother's womb.
@@maidenshazza Adam had no mother. Neither did Eve. So you take it literal. So God knits us together. This is how you believe we are made. You don’t think it’s metaphorically. Like I said God has His hand in all things but he doesn’t create everything. That would mean he creates sin. Is this truly what you want to believe.
Genesis is 100% clear : there was an evening and a morning. A 24h day, the Hebrew day is Yom meaning day , same hebrew word used nowdays. God is consistent. Amen
Nothing in genesis came from any god.
@@Mavors1099 Except for literally everything that was created.
" For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:" Colossians 1:16-20
The seventh day God doesn't create anything which is why we don't see the morning and evening.
Context is vital. We must read it in the context of the ancient near-east, not in our modern western eyes.

Oooh, that's an interesting theory I hadn't thought of before.

For in six days He created and rested on the seventh, to give us a pattern for work and rest.
He continues to uphold everything by the word of His power - is that rest?
Dear Frank, with this is an il-thought out answer you plummeted in many admirers' estimation. Read the comments below and re-issue your answer. 🙏
God is not subject to time.
There is only one THEORY about the age of the Earth and the universe. What you have is mythology.
They can survive a day just fine, infact it’s probably good for them so they didn’t get scorched immediately. They definitely needed sunlight pretty quickly though otherwise they would have all died if days equal years or aeons or whatever the heck false theology frank is trying to teach
@@Ste_Brit Except that there was light before the sun is mentioned. This light, whatever it's origin, could have been a type of UV that sustained photosynthesis without the sun.
@@Ste_Brit The Earth is the Lord's and everything in it. Nothing takes Him by surprise.
Except when Jesus refers to the Sabbath day in Luke 13, he refers to each day of creation as one literal day. We work 6 days, rest on the 7th.
Can’t he just say “It makes no sense at all” rather than dodge the question
Actually in the previous six days God makes it clear. There was morning and evening which in any context equals 24 hrs. On the 7th day he rested from all his work no morning nor evening The 7th day started his cycle of rest from the creation process. So 6, 24 hour periods. 7th day is still going on.
Wrong.
Rubbish, the text nowhere states that huge illogical jump. The word day nowhere changes in the text to period. The deception in this world is getting out of hand.

I agree with frank. There's so much figurative language and 2 accounts to the genesis story. It's hard to call it a 24 hr day when no one actually knows (there's no witness) just a document thousands of years old we have to understand. We have to allow science to prove what is undeniably true, without abandoning a true faith and without ignoring evidence where it leads.

This phrase of a beginning and ending to a Day is not found for the seventh as it is with all the other days. No defining statement is made ending the seventh day.
Care to provide one? I am unaware of any.
@@helsinkianskies you miss the point. He has to prove it. There is no support for his statement.
If the Seventh day is not a day, the the Sabbath does not end and when will the work begin again. The fourth commandment is intertwined with Genesis. You cannot disconnect it from it.
Gen 2:2-3 MKJV1962 2 And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made. And He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made. 3 And God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He had rested from all His work which God created to make.
Nowhere in the text does it say that the period of one has changed from being a day to forever after, nowhere. It clearly says "on" the Seventh Day, not from the Seventh Day onwards.
God then blesses the Seventh day, not a pwriod, but a day and He sets it apart and makes it special, that is what sanctifies means. He separated it from all the other days and made it special. How can He set something apart that apparently has not end.
Even Jesus clearly stated that His Father even works on the Sabbath to sustain creation. The rest does not mean sleep in bed the whole day. Jesus made that clear.
Why do you even defend such a point? It is profoundly unbiblical.
Scripture says He neither sleeps nor slumbers. He “rested” on the 7th day. It doesn’t say He’s still resting.
God spoke everything into existence. It didn't take billions of years. Vegetation was placed on the Earth before the Sun was formed, according to scripture. Vegetation doesn't die overnight, but if it's night for billions of years, they would die.

Created days in original Hebrew language means a period of time much longer than 24 hours to create and accomplish his purpose.
Even, we may say in my day this or that meaning my lifetime not a 24 hour period.
It came out of the darkness that was on the face of the deep. 2 Corinthians 4:6
"For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness". He didn't created the grass, animals, etc. The earth brought forth the grass, trees and the animals. Selah

Prefect example of how to say a lot without saying anything. Lol
2 Peter 3:8
"But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day."
Man's time is different from God's time. Man may have perceived God's time as 6 days but it could have been much longer because man doesn't perceive time the same as God.
Regardless, I only discuss things this like this with other Christians.
Answer: 2 Peter 3:8-9 -1 day is a thousand years to The Lord.
The 7th,day of rest refers also to the 1000 yr millennium.
Even Paul called that the day of the Lord and also enter into your rest.
Oh man... Frank is getting old. I grew up watching his work and he always has so much charisma for years. I thought he was immortal.
I don't have a problem with either one really but lean on young earth. God is not subject to space and time and the Bible speaks about one day being like a thousand years to the Lord, so it doesn't matter because God is watching all events we are experiencing through time at the same moment
Psalm 33:6
By the word of the Lord were the heavens made ; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth .
2 Peter 3:7-8
But the heavens and earth , which are now kept in store , reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men .
But beloved , be not ignorant of this one thing , that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years , and a thousand years as one day .
Genesis 2:1-2 🙏
Considering the fact that many minerals such as opal, diamond, quartz etc can be formed in a matter of days artificially, and the fact that God has the power to form a single grain of sand out of nothing, why would it be impossible for God to form everything in only a matter of days. After all, he walked on water and restored sight to the blind almost immediately.
I used too believe that each day mentioned in the Bible represented a thousand years. But that would imply a lack off belief in the capability off an all powerful being🤷
The Islamic verses says god almighty created everything in 6 periods simultaneously not like the incorrect Christian explanation that god almighty rested on the 7day. God almighty never gets tired, doesn’t sleep or die
Yes!!! This is exactly what I told my oldest daughter. Time is relative. Why can’t this be true for the almighty?
Because He is out side of time and space..
God never sleeps nor slumbers.
Disagree. "And the evening and the morning was the first day" 24 hours
And the evening and the morning was the second day. So on...
Literal days. Revelation also mentions days and guess what? They are literal days. C'mon it's WRITTEN in the word of God. Take him at his word. Love you guys!
Love how God gives us clear answers in his word, that we don’t have to do gymnastics ask simple questions on what his word means.
Quite the opposite: “My Father has been working until now, and I have been working.” (John 5:17)
The reference to God resting on the 7th day, in Genesis 2:2, clearly indicates God stepping back and taking full joy in His created works, for a 24 hour period.
Wrong Genesis doesn’t speak of a six day creation
Genesis utilized a word that has multiple meanings
Day or Period
Period is more accurate and each period of creation has different length of time
What an absolutely HORRID answer. Wow. I feel dumber watching this
The guy asking the question used "theory" in the sense of an educated guess, not in the scientific sense of an established fact supported by a huge amount of evidence.
The fact that a human being could be so unhealthy mentally that this would seem agreeable is very concerning.
Young earth is impossible without changing the laws of physics. It’s smarter to fit the billions of years at the beginning.
Love Franks stuff though, just disagree in this.
Genesis 2:4 says, "These are the generations of the heavens and the earth when they were created, in the _day_ that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens." (ESV) In this verse, all of the creative days are called one “day.”
A day with the Lord is a thousand years read your bible
He was not at rest when he died on a cross for my sins. Or came back to life. Or ascended to heaven. And he is there now never ceasing to make intercession for the Saints.
Am I the only one who noticed that he said “According to Exodus 21:10”…… um, did this guy forget to eat his to pack his brain this morning??? 😂
A day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years is as a day! So, 6 thousand years of creation, and a thousand years rest!
John 5:17
"My Father has been working until now, and I have been working.”
God is not "on rest"
