I had my knee replaced at the beginning of December. Watching your videos was amazing and really helped me. As soon as I woke up after surgery, I started moving my knee …while in recovery…I had No feeling but was able to move it. I really believe this helped me. By the time I saw my therapist a week after surgery I already had more than 90 degree bend. 😀
One member in family is undergoing Knee Replacement, and I get this in my suggested video.. thanks so much for all the information you provide.
So glad we are helpful. Thank you
Hey Guys, I just wanted to say I needed to have not one but both knees replaced. I got them done 3 months apart. I watched several of your videos and did the exercises before and as much as I could the same day after surgery and beyond. I had a reasonably easy and quick recovery and absolutely credit you both with the technique and me for the execution. Thank you both so much!
How old are you?
You guys are wonderful. You have helped me sooo much. I get total knee replacement July 9th. You are a Godsend!
Ordered the knee glide on Amazon. Should be here tomorrow. Am trying to delay knee replacement until next year. Am 59 years young , cancer survivor and hip replacement recipient . Am riding stationary bike and swimming and hoping that knee glide will be good therapy before and after surgery. Thanks for all you do.
Superb device “The Knee Glid”. Thank you for making it available. Kudos. I have been using it since day 2 after my total knee replacement.... My thigh feels like elephants danced the samba on it.
Paul now that it’s been 5 months how are you now
Im getting the first knee replacement this spring and I'm terrified, however the comments from others on this site are giving me a little more ease of mind. it sounds starting post surgery therapy immediately is the key.
@bevy814 How are you doing in your recovery? I am getting mine 12/15 and am very nervous.
@@tamianderson123 Rehab is going fantastically well. I'm driving, shopping and doing all my normal household chores. Outpatient therapy is like a day with a personal trainer. I'm leg pressing, bike riding, stair climbing, squatting, stretching and I love it. This surgery, even though the damage to the knee joint was worse than the other knee, has been an easy rehab. The scar healed faster than anticipated and I was able to easily massage the scar tissue underneath it. I'll be traveling to Atlanta GA in two weeks and am confident I can handle my luggage, sitting on a plane ( we preselected the front row seats) and any long walks between terminals.
@@bevy814 That's awesome!, thank youfor replying..
Wow! How fortunate that I'm seeing this UA-cam video in that I'm on a waiting list to have THE hopefully w/in the next 3-4 months and I am .net mentally ready and here you are offering me the knowledge of how I can become better physically ready. Is this equipment still available for purchase?
Love the knee glide tool...hoped to order one for my father - who is not eligible for surgery and cannot walk too bad it is unavailable in your store :(
Thank you so much for the beautiful message ❤
I'm scheduled for knee replacement surgery, and your little device really looks good. I'm going to start using it NOW, then post surgery. Thanks for posting:)
tiffsaver how did your knee surgery go?
Thank you that tool looks great!
Glad you liked it!
Great videos!!! Very helpful for my pre surgery
I’m going to order this. I just can’t decide if I should order this one or the double one....? I have issues in both knees and hips ....surgery on both hips already...knee replacement in a few weeks.....
Thanks for the info on pre and post op exercises.
I just bought your knee glide.
I do not go under the knife for a couple of months, but my range of motion is nill.
I want to do everything I can to make my recovery go a little smoother.
I will definitely continue to watch your videos.
Good video but can't find it on Amazon link you give here. Where can I get one?
As Bob and Brad say, “Put your heart, soul and mind into even your small acts. This is the secret to success.” -Swami Sivanada
I live in Singapore. I am wondering how can we buy the slider. Thank you.
Where can I get that gadget
I watch every single one of you guys videos, I'm a 23 y/o male suffering from back pain and sciatica. I really enjoy learning more about my health and body, most doctors, pts, chiropractors etc never go into detail of how to properly stretch or take better steps into healing. For years now I suffered with this back pain and sciatica taking ibuprofen and going to chiropractors, considering going to get surgery. Once I stumbled upon you guys my pain is slowly (but surely) going away! Thank you so much for taking the time of day to help people like me when it's hard to find proper treatment! You guys really are the two most famous Physical Therpists on the internet!
How can we buy this device?

Hey guys. Thanks for this!! Been a month since knee replacement & having trouble getting it to bend much & the knee cap is pretty immovable any suggestions pleases???❤️.
Will this motion possibly ( prior to replacement ) inflame the bad knee???
I used it for my TRKR 2.5 years ago, and I will use it before and after my TLKR in Dec this year!
How do I purchase the knee slider
Itds
it's very helpful
We're do I get that devices. I truly need it. Thanks
T minus 11 days until surgery, got mine, sure seems like it will help, using it now, I have bone on bone.
Just purchased your board and it’s great. An excellent investment at a reasonable price. I am scheduled for right knee replacement surgery in a month.
I’ doing the exercises now and will use after knee replacement surgery.
Thanks so very much!
So where can I buy your slide and what is the name of it?
How do you get this exercise thinf
What else can I do to prepare for total knee replacement? I had my right knee done a year ago and the surgeon put an implant in that is too big and I am unable to bend it beyond 90 degrees. I am having it redone (by a different surgeon of course) next month. I want this one to go well and want to do whatever I can to ensure a good outcome. I am trying to walk at least a mile a day.
What if after knee surgery the knee won’t go past 90deg even after manipulation? My main problem is knee swelling ice only helps a little.
I need this to get prepare for next week. I'm wondering what is going to happen to my both knee. Im so desperate for walk without any pain. I haven't feel that feeling for more than one year 😔
I just had the op. Is your knee much better now?
Hi guys, can I purchase the knee glider from a UK outlet?
I bought your slider for exercises after my knee replacement. Fantastic tool. I only wish it were six inches longer.
I'm in NEw Zealand. Where can I buy your slider and stretch strap please?
Hey why can’t you add the glide to the Australian site please.
I used a skate board 10 years ago.
great idea! Thank you.
just ordered the exercise board, looking forward to using it. Please, Please, drop the line about "... skinning a cat". More than 50% of household pets are cats, and owners find that offensive. Thanks.
Fat lot of good it is to tell us about your knee glide, it is unavailable in your Amazon store. What a shame. I will have both knees replaced in June 2023. I live in Australia 🇦🇺
Hi guys, could you do a vid on ways to reduce high levels of creatine kinase please. Love the vids as usual
Hey. I’m 6 weeks post surgery with a TKR and there’s still some swelling around the knee which makes bending uncomfortable and sometimes painful. I’ve managed to work through it and I’ve achieved a 97 degree bend as of yesterday. I realize I’m a bit behind schedule but is there a chance that I can get the full ROM of 120 degrees before scar tissue becomes too big a factor? Thanks.
how do i buy one those knee glides and how much are they
Go to Bobandbrad.com, see the product section for information.
Love my knee glider. Surgery Monday!!
Best of luck!

Going in for knee replacement soon.
Same here!
Purchased mine device on Amazon

I Live in New Zealand. Where can I buy the knee glide?
Go to bobandbrad.com Can get it there..
Wouldn’t little floor bike work ....been using to keep flexible and strong
Hello Bob and Brad, I just want to comment that delaying knee surgery when you have serious problems seems futile.
I approve of doing your best, of course. So range of motion exercise helps move the synovial fluid? I have been going to physical therapy for my arthritic left knee (original) and my right knee (artificial) that stiffened.
Do you advise me to go for surgery in early stage or if knee is damaged badly and move ment is difficult please advise me
I use my Grandson’s gravel truck. Skateboard?
Would this work for someone who’s had knee surgery, but years later, there’s so much scar tissue that they can barely walk???
How do i,order this device?
Rita Underwood Link is in the description.
Use a piece of floor/rug mat or even just a piece of cloth. Much cheaper, and you can do more excerices with the same "equipment". Use the one side to create less friction.

How would i order
or go to Amazon and search for bob and brad knee
Is it good for knees that haven't gone thru any surgery?
Yes-this is called pre-hab to get you ready for TKR. Then after surgery you can do same exercises to get your ROM & strength back
@@plantfreek awesome to know, thanks for your comment.
@@plantfreek does it fit any size foot?
I'm confused was this an infomercial?
I'd argue that extension, performing SQs, rather than flexion is the single most important exercise.

$20-30k for knee surgery?! That is ridiculously overpriced. I’m always blown away by the insanely poor price/quality ratio of U.S. healthcare. I hope you manage to fix it.
20,000 to 30,000. i dont think so.......not for me, my cost was approx
45,000 uggggggggg thank God my insurance paid 90 %
@@Bowerbutterfly Thank goodness I live in Canada, because we don't have to pay for it.
Yes! 🇨🇦
Just had my TKR two weeks ago.
All free including drugs and 12 post op physio visits.
I just have a small amount taken off my pension each month that covers all my dental and health care.
I wish I could understand why other countries do not adopt similar healthcare services such as what we have.
I would be crippled if I lived in the US, as I could not afford any surgery.
It’s so counter productive to have a country’s citizens be afraid to get better health care. Or any at all in some cases.
@@jacquia5897 How long did you have to wait for it? Just curious.
@@Defmusicman1 I was on the waiting list for almost one year. My surgeon told me the longer I can hold off the better because I was still fairly young. I held off for about another year. When I was finally ready it was in 2020 during Covid. I was told surgeries weren't being performed but as soon as they resumed they would let me know. I got a call about 2 weeks later and had my first knee replacement 6 weeks later in November 2020. I got my second knee done in February 2021.
Dudes, invest in a sound device...it's called a microphone !
Just looking at all the different knee exercises before my TKR.
Knee surgery is free in Canada.
If I lived in the US, I guess I would have to resign myself to being crippled for life, as could never afford it in the US system.
"Free" nothings "Free"
@@garnerac : It is free, but we have to wait longer for procedures rather than having them done when we want.
I waited 6 months.
Have had my TKR recently....no payments except for a very modest sum every month taken off my pension, and that covers all my health and dental care.
Even my post op drugs and physio are free after this surgery.
There’s a cap on charges for prescription meds., so occasionally I do have to pay full price for meds.
Yes, it's free, but you have to wait forever. Here in the USA, we have something called insurance, so it's not like we have to pay $30k. My surgery cost a $75 co-pay and I could have had it the next day if I wanted to. So, that's great that it's "free" to you, but I'm not OK waiting 6 whole months
You are nice people. But talk to much. And sound is terrible.
Dont advertise you were not liked as kids ! real turn off.
