This is so sick! I love your videos, super keen for more videos like this! It's not overly crazy, but has some great maneuvers! The scenery is incredible
The glide is meant to be better on the Rapidos but maybe check out the sizing of the mirage v rapidos. Prospeedflying did a video which showed the mirage is actually smaller than the size stated, so if you had an 11 Rapidos it may not be much different to the 13 Mirage
Potis Sum yea. I saw the video, I was thinking of the 9m anyway. But I think the crazy size difference shown on the video is only on the smaller sizes like 8.5, 8. I put my wing on the original 13.5 mirage and it’s only like 10cm difference.
Hey Adrenaline Seekers, yes, i had 2years of intense paragliding including acro training and XC flying before I moved to a speedwing. I feel like it really helped give me a safeish introduction to speedflying and the experience gained in paragliding saved my ass a few times when I was still making the beginner mistakes on the speedwing for sure!
@@PotisSum Right on. I'm looking at getting into speed flying, just based on your response I'm guessing you would recommend going the paragliding route if someone new were looking at going into it?
For sure, I think it would make the learning process safer. Paragliding teaches you a lot about how the air moves and the weather and allows you to learn the basics of flying at a slower speed, with more room for error. Speedflying has very little room for mistakes so jumping into it without any prior knowledge of these things can end in disaster pretty easily.
That last drop off was beautifully unexpected! Nice run!
Thanks Thomas! I love this run, theres a lot of variety to it, perfect for training! Safe flights!
Thanks Thomas
That certainly didn't take long to get from Wengen to Lauterbrunnen! Love it. :)
It’s a beautiful line, the Wengen to Lauterbrunnen stretch can be done in under 2mins on a good day! Beats taking the train!

Thanks Luca! I try to focus on the flow of the line rather than the craziness, it’s such a good feeling when you get it right!
@@PotisSum but the mans want crazy bra 😅
Unbelievable nice!! Like dreaming at night💫
Thanks Var Darra, this is still one of my favourite lines, i’m sure I can make it cleaner though!

Thanks Sean, took a bit of planning but I loved this one!
Nice. I have the rs+ 13. It’s my first speedwing and it’s great. But I think I’m gonna try the rapi-dos when I downsize.

Did you start out paragliding to gain knowledge before you went into speedflying?
