- This is a quick, "sneak-peak" video for a very rare AC Ace Roadster that had just a single owner for 60 years, from 1959 when it was sold new until 2019, when he passed away.
It is a treasure of originality and authenticity rarely ever encountered with complete and full history, records and correspondences from new.
It is of course completely matching numbers and it has covered less than 25K miles since being first road-registered.
It has just emerged from a four year mechanical and ultra-light and careful cosmetic refurbishment that preserved wherever possible the originality of the vehicle.

The Maestro does it again ! How would you rate this example in comparison with with your last Ace on BAT ?
Ciao Hugo, quite different and not going to be for the same potential buyers of the Ace-Bristol. That was an early car so eligible for more events and very pretty but a color change.
This one is a treasure of originality and authenticity like no other anyone has seen since they were being built new 65 years ago. It is mechanically issueless and has nicely done paint in the original colors but the interior other than having new foam in the seats is completely original and untouched. Same for the soft top, tonneau cover and the side curtains.
All in all, it is a freak of originality and it will reach a far wider audience but probably at a bit less money as just a guess.
In any case, it is a unicorn for sure and I can't imagine another like it ever coming up for sale again.

@@hugobreese9684 I liked that black/red one and the owners family have been long-term clients and friends but it was held back by being a color change, RHD and a conversion from an Ace Roadster to a Bristol Roadster. That was a lot to overcome but it still should have been a $250K car easily and probably a bit more.
