    Your ratio for dall and mince meat is perfect also good tips about the softness of the dall which is very important. But do you think cooking the whole thing bit more so that they get dry and after chopping we can add an egg yolk to bind the kabab ? I noticed even when I make kabab gets very fragile and don't and too much soggy. It's a suggestion only

    Add the water in liters cause a glass is not a measurement as they come in variety

    Remove your ring while mixing
