I have a problem that in menu it's capped at 30 fps but in game it's capped at 60 fps.
bro i have the game on epic games and after I or the opponent score a goal, right after the refresh its lagging why

Bro i have it from the ea app and 165 hz monitor its not fair to play it with only 60 hz locked i have done it like you and from the app keeps locke do you know any other solution ?
Just do the same, head to your documents folder and do as i did in the video ( mind you it'll still show 60hz but display the refresh rate you chose )
@@a1mbotgamingshould have mentioned that, a lot of people are saying it didn't work but you never told us it will still display 60 but in-gameplay will be on 144 hz or whatever hertz 😂

but i cant change my display settings after i do it when i do change some display setting the game will turn to 60hz (i wanted to change to graphics and also my monitor's refresh rate is 170hz) please help
It'll show 60 but output 170hz
Note: after you edit the config file and save don't mess up in game settings and save again, if you change settings in game it'll go back to 60hz.. so you have to set every other graphics as you want , save, go to the config file, edit to your refreshrate then save

Also you can try to change the max frame rate to 0, i did also that and it worked for me
Just tried it didnt work, on the ea app but still was able to do the process. But refresh limit is still 60

It did work but it’s not gonna say 240hz bc it’s not a option in the actual game play with it and you will see
thank you tons it worked, keep in mind folks that it will still show 60hz in game settings but it actually changes it. and everytime you change the settings, your file that you edited will revert back to 60 hz

i did same thing but more then 144hz is not going game. My screen has 360hz
I use 165hz and it works pretty fine
Bruh why my graphics driver crashes when i set to my screen refresh rate
Set the refresh rate of your monitor in your display settings first
My monitor is 280hz and if I do this and change the text document from 144 to 280 it is of no use, even if I save it it ends up being at 144 again and there is no way for the game to let it set the maximum refresh time to 280, I It seems embarrassing, because I have to use vertical sync no matter what to be able to play this garbage port decently.
Turn off vertical sync and after you edit the config file don't touch anything on your graphics settings in game

maybe the game displays that its 144hz but its actually 280hz, i turn the refresh rate to 170hz in the config file but when i go to the fc24 display settings it only shows that im using 60hz but it definitely feels like 170hz i can tell

Bro when I put my fps on no limit my gpu is at 98% is that bad but my cpu at 50%
use v sync, its a just mode for play this game xd

What if i want to set max fps 240 do i set MAX_FRAME_RATE = 240 in the fcsetup.ini file?

Edit the config files and if you do that it'll say 60 but output the refresh rate you entered on the config

it reverts to again 60hz
@@palashgg5137 again if you do a graphics settings in game and save it'll revert... That's why you have to every other graphics settings in game first before you edit the config file.. efit the 2 config files in document
