About that differnt timeline theory Ted...
It's a cool theory and I like it when you discuss stuff like this BUT
The graves around Hyrule that have the Silent Princesses on them say "I dedicate this monument to the memory of the souls lost to the Calamity." meaning the Calamity DID happen. While people probably died in Hyrule Warriors, did that count as THE Calamity? Also, it would make more sense for Zelda to honor those she could not save those 100+ years ago.
Also, how would Link and Zelda be alive? Zelda was kept alive by using her powers inside of Calamaty Ganon (?) while Link was kept alive in the Shrine of Resurrection. Link wouldn't have been put into the shrine of he didn't almost die to the Guardians, and Zelda wouldn't have needed to lock herself away to hold Ganon back
Regarding the Sheikah Stuff vanishing, I remember reading an interview, though I can't remember the specifics, the guy they were interviewing said he thought that the Sheikah stuff dissapered because they were done serving their purpose. Kinda a weak explanation in my opinion, but it CAN make sense. Like how the Monks desinagrated after they had bestowed Link the Sprit Orbes. If the Monks could vanish, why couldn't the rest of their tech? One of the labs still has a Guardian on it, but I have my own theories about that that aren't relevant here.
I don't want this to sound harsh or like YOUR THEORY STINKS- no no that's not what I'm saying, I'm just trying to have a nice discussion. We all have our own different interpretations about things, aswell as Zelda developers might not care about continuity of this world and its legends, so some things might not make sense. I also didn't do much reasersh for this, so I might have some details wrong, but thank you for reading all this!

fun fact: when youre fighting bosses with your companions and the boss is down to their last hit, the game will only allow you to deliver the killing blow, not your companions. sidon did actually hit the sludge like, but his hits did zero damage bc it was on its last bit of hp.

BOTW is still canon to this game. If you do all the Hateno school quests, there's a specific one that talks about the Calamity. It still happened.

The whistle specifically wasn't any item in a previous Zelda game that I know of, but there was the whistle reed in Twilight Princess that was used to summon Epona and a flying shadow bird.

The Water Temple music sounds very similar to Divine Beast Vah Ruta. Also, the Sage of Water sounds like Mipha.

Ok, so, over the last two videos, every time I look at that Zora fish muscle guy I think "he's not wearing any pants." He's like 95% human anatomy from head to toe, so it stops me in my tracks every time. They need to put some pants on that guy.
@The8asment Did you know that the fish in the sky is a reference to Links Awakening because the floating fish island is above Tal Tal Peak

I did some research and found that the “Recorder” in The Adventure of Link is the closest thing to a actual whistle in a Zelda. It allows Link to warp to any underworld dungeon you have cleared. It must also be used to clear the water to get into Level 7. In the second quest it can unveil caves as well.
To be fair, a recorder is just a long whistle that has fingerings to change the pitch.
Fun fact: the recorder from Zelda 1 is basically the same item as the warp whistle from Mario 3. Very similar design, same jingle, same effect of creating a tornado to warp you away. Ocarina of Time's intro plays the same jingle too for some reason.
