Yes Dr Phillips here is one of the higher end parts of Orlando. Close to high end restaurants, night life, shopping. Close to Disney, Universal, I-Drive and other main attractions. And only about 20-30 min drive to downtown Orlando with light traffic. With a 400K budget tho I would recommend looking a little more west to Winter Garden / Clermont area. You will get alot more bang for your buck and the drive to downtown Orlando is only about 30-40 mins.
I love to tour houses with you, you are very real and detailed. You are also educational I actually learned something today about how the builders work) the house is beautiful , I love the colors in the house and the fence outside. Someone will be blessed with this beauty, it’s much too big for me😢
Love this home for the props also good south Florida doesn’t have anything that big for that price. The big rooms and closets are amazing, but let’s not forget that space up stairs 😱 Wao! So much that you could do with this home 🏠 thank you
Yeah I agree they are too close. For some reason most of the builders give you small lots where you’re close to the neighbors unless you pay a lot premium. In this neighborhood you can get an acre lot and a lakeview but it’s a heavy premium. 200K+
I live in Ft Lauderdale were over crowded here but our homes here are not as close probably because were much more established than parts of Orlando at the same time we don't have new homes being built here that big we have a new community being built in Coral Springs houses are not nearly this big. And they start off at a half million.
Yeah ft Lauderdale is way more developed and alot more population so because of that it's a little more pricey. I've actually had a few clients make the move from Ft Lauderdale to Clermont here because of how much more you get in a home for the price.
Yes New Yorker here🙋🏽♀️ with two teenagers, and the closet space is perfect!
That's why you need to move down here!! 😁
Definitely considering this!! Only have a budget of up to 400,000.00. Is this area close to Orlando?

This house is very pleasing. Just cause the space
Now this is Dope!!! I don’t care much for the downstairs not enough natural lighting but the upstairs made my draw drop!!
Very spacious home 🙌🏾🥰
Yes it sure is! 👍🏽
Amazing floor plan and choice of colors. Neighbors are too close. I guess, that is how things work there in Orlando.
