The emote was never confirmed to be releasing on his birthday, it has now been leaked that it will be more than likely releasing inside of next fortnite update or inside of chapter 6 season 2.

Yes gifts get sent out at random so everyone will receive a gift but i cant promise it'll be you next time, just be patient and you shall receive a gift.
I obviously add people and wait 2 days, the gifts i send are sent randomly anyway so if i happen to land on someone who is unable to receive gifts yet i note down their name and they get a gift when they can.
i assure you every one will receive a gift at somepoint, i try not gift the same person twice, so as long as you're patient you will receive a gift, as i said i send gifts at complete random, basically i load up the item i'm gifting and just blindly scroll down the list and click on a random person and if they have recieved a gift before i do it again until it is a new person, (Note not all sent gifts will be used in videos but i try use as many as i can) and gifts are only sent out a couple times per week so that way if people add me on monday for example, ill gift on thursday so they can be in with a chance and so on
